      SOLUTION: This method for continuously producing the organic titanium peroxo compound is characterized by comprising the first reaction process for continuously feeding metal titanium powder, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia water into a dissolution reaction tank maintained at a prescribed temperature to dissolve the metal titanium, thus producing the solution of the peroxotitanic acid, and the second reaction process for continuously feeding one or more organic complexing agents selected from the group consisting of carboxylic acids, acetylacetone and amines to the peroxotitanic acid solution discharged from the first reaction process, thus reacting with the peroxotatanic acid to produce the organic peroxo compound solution.
