    • A sighting device includes a sighting target having a generally planar piece of material with horizontal and vertical indicia that segment the material into four quadrants. Two upper quadrants are separated from two lower quadrants by the horizontal indicia and two left side quadrants are separated from two right side quadrants by the vertical indicia. The juncture of the horizontal and vertical indicia defines a bulls-eye, the bulls-eye also having indicia indicative of a target. The target may be included in a kit having various tools for measuring lateral and vertical distances between an actual impact point and the bulls-eye that indicate appropriate numbers of clicks to be made to a sighting scope mounted to a weapon such as a rifle, compound bow, or crossbow.

    • Apparatus for protecting a vehicle such as an automobile from theft and/or other improper use including a first double pole double throw switch, a relay having first and second normally open controlled switches and a second normally closed double pole, double throw switch. When the first switch is manually shifted to the protective position, the first switch electrically connects the primary winding of the ignition coil or the like to ground so that the vehicle cannot be started and also electrically connects the vehicle battery to the relay via the vehicle devices which operate off the battery so that if any of these devices are used while the first switch is in the protective position the relay is activated. The activation of the relay causes a latching current path to be completed in parallel with the vehicle devices so that the relay remains activated even if all vehicle devices are thereafter shut off, and further causes a noisemaker such as the vehicle horn to be connected to the battery to sound an audio alarm. Once activated the relay remains activated until the first or second switch is manually opened.

    • A bow sighting device includes a laser situated in an arrow shaft adjacent a rear end and capable of producing a laser beam when energized, the laser being positioned so that the laser beam projects through a forward end. The sighting device includes a bow string release member having a string clamp selectively attached to a bowstring, the clamp having upper and lower sections with an arm extending therebetween defining a nock receiving area. The arm includes an arm conductive surface that may be energized by a battery. The arrow shaft includes a nock at its rear end having a nock conductive surface in electrical communication with the laser, the laser being energized to produce the laser beam when the nock is engaged with the nock receiving area of the arm of the string clamp.

    • The present application describes a method and an apparatus for facilitating increased uniformity and diffusion of force transfer on a bare die electronic package for example, when such electronic package is attached to a circuit board. Additional force absorbent material is applied around a bare die in the bare die electronic package. The force applied to the bare die electronic package can be distributed to the additional force absorbent material. A curable force absorbent material is dispensed around the bare die in the bare die electronic package. The surface of the curable material is substantially parallel with the surface of bare die thus facilitating a substantially uniform force distribution through the bare die and curable material resulting in a robust bare die electronic package.
