    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power efficiency improving apparatus and a power efficiency improving method for improving power efficiency by applying a rotary electromagnetic wave to a power line electrically connecting a power source unit and a load.SOLUTION: A power efficiency improving apparatus 400 installed between a power source unit 100 and a load 200 includes a rotary electromagnetic wave generation unit for applying a rotary electromagnetic wave to a power line 300 electrically connecting the power source unit and the load. The rotary electromagnetic wave generation unit comprises: an upper magnet and a lower magnet for generating a magnetic field; one or more metal pillars installed between the upper magnet and the lower magnet; and a conductive wire 430 connected to the power line. A first end of the conductive wire is insulated near the lower magnet, a second end of the conductive wire is connected to the power line, and the conductive wire passes between second ends of the one or more metal pillars in a zigzag form.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe braking device for stopping a vehicle at emergency, and a vehicle braking device using the same. SOLUTION: The vehicle braking device is constituted from a BIR addition braking machine 20 in which a BIR operation part 25 is added to a motor base board braking machine 40 driven by control of ECU 1, namely, which is provided with BIR (Ball In Ramp) function for generating linear advancement movement force by track variation of a ball by rotation of the ramp (Ramp) in which the ball (Ball) is placed therebetween. Thereby, even in the circumstance of motor failure of the motor base board braking machine 40, the BIR operation part 25 is operated utilizing a pedal interlocking cable 15 only by operation of a brake pedal 2 to attain F-S (Fail-Safe) and emergent braking force for safety is generated. Therefore, stable FR (Failure Rate) can be attained as in a hydraulic braking system.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger distinguishing apparatus capable of improving an assembling process, reducing costs and enhancing the durability of sensors.
      SOLUTION: The passenger distinguishing apparatus includes: a plurality of lower brackets that are fixed to a floor of a vehicle room; upper brackets that assist mounting of a passenger seat disposed at an upper part of the lower brackets; and a plurality of sensors that are disposed between the lower brackets and the upper brackets to detect the weight of a passenger seated in the passenger seat. In the upper end part and lower end part of the sensors, male screw thread are formed so as to be bolt-fastened to fastening holes formed at each of the lower brackets and the upper brackets. In at least one of the upper end part and the lower end part of the sensors, a damper is formed for absorbing assembling tolerance of the sensors while being fixed by contacting with nuts tightened and fixed to a portion in which the male screw threads are formed.
