    • The product to be dried is brought in contact with a heat-conveyor drying fluid when it circulates the drying chamber. The damp drying fluid is released to the atmosphere directly or after partial heat recovery; the released dried product with a desired dampness content is fowarded towards a further treatment or towards its consumption place. The hot and relatively dry drying fluid which comes out of a section of the drying chamber is recirculated towards the inlet of the drying chamber. The dampness content of the humid product entering the drying chamber and of the dried product coming out of said chamber are measured and the analog differential signal thus obtained is used for the feed speed control of the product to be dried and optionally for the heating control of the drying fluid. The device comprises a drying chamber provided with an inlet for the damp product and with a discharge opening, a pressure fan connected by an inlet conduit and optionally a section fan for the drying fluid connected through a discharge conduit. A device for heating the drying fluid is arranged before or after the pressure fan. The drying chamber is divided in one section for preheating and intensive drying, one section for carrying away the fixed dampness and one cooling section. The carrying section is connected with the preheating and intensive drying section through a transfer conduit and the signals provided by the dampness sensors located at the inlet of the damp product and close to the discharge opening are transmitted to the control unit for controlling the value of the discharge rate or through-put of the dried product.
