    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device which is robust, high in luminous intensity, and lasts long.SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device 2 of the present invention has an LED light-emission part 4, provided in each of insertion holes 13, which are formed by boring one or more holes 13 in a substrate 10, and includes a light reflection body 20, made of high light reflection metal, which has a concavity 21 formed at center thereof, which is fitted into the insertion hole 13, and which is arranged in such a way that a light reflection body reverse face 26 is exposed downwards from a substrate reverse face 10b of the substrate 10. The concavity 21 is loaded with an LED chip 30, an insulation layer 40 is disposed so as to contact the light reflection body reverse face 26 face-to-face, and a heat radiation plate 45 is disposed so as to contact a reverse face 40a of the insulation layer 40 face-to-face, thereby constituting the LED light-emitting part 4. Pressure contact means of holding the surface contact among the light reflection body reverse face 26, the insulation layer 40, and the heat radiation plate 45 in a pressure contacted state is provided, so that heat from the LED chip 30 is guided for forceful heat radiation from the light reflection body reverse face 26 to the heat radiation plate 45 via the insulation layer 40.
