摘要： PURPOSE: A hair curler is provided to simply make a desirable hairstyle by heating hair. CONSTITUTION: A hair curler comprises a handle(10) which is embedded with a driving motor; a roll bar(20) which is installed at one side of the handle to be rotated by the driving motor, has a hair inserting part, at the center of which hair is inserted, and heats hair when the hair curler is powered on; a hair clip(30) which is coupled to the roll bar by a hinge and fixes and inserts the end of hair into a space between the roll bar and the hair clip during curling; and a protection cap(40) which is detachably coupled to the handle and covers the skin of a user so that the roll bar is not contacted to the skin while making the hairstyle.

The serum medium is DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) containing 1-2 mM of glutamine, 0.5-1 mM of sodium pyruvate, 0.1-10% FBS, 1% of antibiotics and 1-4.5 g/L of glucose.

An injection composition for tissue repair comprises cultured medium of human adipose stem cells which is prepared by culturing human adipose stem cells in serum free medium containing adipose stem cell-activating compounds including antioxidant, vitamins or their derivatives, amino acids or their derivatives, inorganic matters, and optionally growth factor and collagen for more than 1 day. The skin tissue is repaired by injecting the composition for tissue repair together with the adipose stem cell into the skin tissue. Further, the amino acids or their derivatives are one or more selected from L-Alanine, L-Asparitic acid, L-Histdine, L-leucine or L- glutamine.
