    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiobesity agent and antiobesity food that is prepared by using the locule membrane of citrus fruits as a raw material. SOLUTION: The locule membranes of citrus fruits are used as a raw material to produce an antiobesity food material that has lipolytic action and pancreatic lipase inhibitory action, and the production process comprises the following steps: (1) from the orifice discharge waste obtained when citrus fruits are squeezed with an inline squeezer, plug-like pericarp and seeds are removed to prepare a fraction; (2) water is added to the fraction, then the mixture is separated into a liquid part and a solid part; (3) the liquid part is concentrated to prepare a fraction A mainly having the lipolytic action; (4) the solid part is dried to prepare a fraction B mainly having the pancreatic lipase inhibitory action; (5) the fraction A and/or the fraction B are mixed at a certain ratio to prepare the antiobesity food material having the above both actions, and the antiobesity food material processed according to this invention.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for processing a mist of a sterilization liquid in a plastic container which facilitates processing of the mist of a chemical agent used for sterilization.
      SOLUTION: The mist containing the sterilization liquid generated by sterilization treatment which sterilizes at least an inner face of the plastic container treated with a necessary pretreatment by bringing it into contact with the sterilization liquid is cooled and condensed by a heat exchanger 23 and a cooling water from a cooling tower 24 to collect it in a condensed liquid reservoir 25 and to recover it in a chemical liquid tank 26. It is possible thereby to reuse it by condensing and recovering the mist containing the sterilization liquid to decrease an amount of use of the sterilization liquid itself in a sterilization chamber 21 and also to decrease an amount of use of the chemical agent for exhaust gas treatment in a deodorizing apparatus 28.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a jelly-containing beverage by which homogeneous jelly is produced at normal temperatures and a jelly-containing beverage is inexpensively produced using the jelly in a continuous process: and to provide a jelly-containing beverage. SOLUTION: The method for producing a jelly-containing beverage comprises the following process: adding a food additive or food applicable to reduction in pH, into neutral or alkaline dispersion liquid where thickening polysaccharide having cationic reaction is dissolved and cationic raw material insoluble in water in neutral or alkaline condition such as calcium carbonate as solid fine powder granules is dispersed as a solid pulverized particles so as to make the dispersion acidize; mixing the beverage with the jelly obtained by gelatinizing the thickening polysaccharide through ionizing the cation; and subjecting the mixture to simultaneous sterilization.
