    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the recovery of an inorganic particulate with a very small amount of remaining organic matter and carbon residue in a condition of keeping them intact from inorganic particulate-containing resin composition scrap, their reuse as they are, and further, their recovery in a short time under conditions free from risks such a fire caused by explosion, and its apparatus. SOLUTION: The inorganic particulate recovery method and its apparatus are employed to decomposition-gasify the inorganic particulate-containing resin composition scrap by a superheated steam of the lowest softening point or less among a plurality of inorganic materials contained in the inorganic particulate, and of not less than the temperature of decomposition-gasifying the resin to discharge out of the system together with the superheated steam, which is heated at the softening point or less and not less than 350°C under air supply and decarbonized to allow the amount of the carbon residue to be not more than the desired value.
