    • A braking system for farm vehicles or the like, comprising: an anti-lock braking system or ABS (130) fed by a first fluidic circuit (150) containing a first fluid; at least a first rear brake (13) and a second rear brake (14) fed by a second fluidic circuit (160) containing a second fluid, said second fluid being incompatible with the first fluid; and bi-fluidic relays between the ABS (130) and the at least a first and a second rear brake (13, 14), arranged to interface the first fluidic circuit (150) with the second fluidic circuit (160). The system further comprises a first and a second braking pedal (101, 102) connected to a first and a second master cylinder (103, 104), respectively, where each master cylinder is arranged to activate braking by means of the first and/or the second rear brake (13, 14). The system further comprises a first and a second spool valve (109, 110) connected to the first and second master cylinder (103, 104), respectively, and at least one logic control unit (108) connected to the master cylinders, the spool valves (109, 110) and the ABS (130) and arranged to operate so that, if a single pedal (101, 102) is actuated, the intervention of the ABS (130) is excluded and a steer-by-braking function, SBF, is activated on the basis of the connection between the master cylinder and the respective brake through the respective spool valve (109, 110), whereas, if both pedals (101, 102) are actuated, the intervention of the spool valves (109, 110) is excluded and the ABS intervention is activated.

    • The present invention relates to a hydraulic braking control system for agricultural vehicles or the like, the system comprising a brake pump (102) actuatable by means of one pedal (101) and at least one first rear brake (25) and one second rear brake (26) arranged to be actuated by the brake pump (102). The brake pump is connected to the rear brakes (25, 26) through a branch and a pair of respective valves (15, 16). The valves (15, 16) are normally open valves, and the selective closing of one of the two valves (15, 16) is controlled by a braking control unit (30) of the vehicle. The invention also relates to a method of making a braking system for agricultural vehicles or the like.
