    • PURPOSE:To omit a humidifier of an air supply passage side necessary at the time of heating by installing a heater at this side of a moisture absorbing rotor at the time of heating, and operating a humidifier of a circulating air passage side. CONSTITUTION:A sensible heat exchanger 5 for heat exchanging the supply air with the circulating air is installed over an air supply passage la and a circulating air passage 1b. A heater 6 is installed between a fan 2 and a moisture absorbing rotor 4 at the passage 12. A regenerative heater 8 dries a moisture absorbing rotor 4 installed between the rotor 4 and the exchanger 5 at the passage 1b, and a humidifier 9 is installed between the exchanger 5 and a circulating air port 15. Thus, the heater 6 installed between the exchanger 5 and an air supply port 14 is transferred to this side of the rotor 4, and the rotor 4 is operated as a humidifying rotor at the time of heating, thereby using the humidifier 9 at the circulating air passage side as for both cooling and heating.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the phenomenon of cavitation of a pump due to insufficiency of a refrigerant liquid by a method wherein motor operated valves controlling supply of a refrigerant to a heat exchanger are opened and the refrigerant liquid kept in heat exchangers is supplied onto the suction side of the pump, when an inlet temperature of a refrigerant gas carrying pipe becomes the temperature of liquefaction of the refrigerant or below at the time of heating. CONSTITUTION:When a system is switched over to a heating operation, a motor operated valve 6 is closed and a refrigerant passing through heat exchangers of fan coil units 2 and liquefied flows onto the suction side of a pump 5. When the pump 5 is driven then, motor operated valves 21 are opened automatically, a refrigerant gas produced by heating and evaporation in a heat exchanger 1 flows through a refrigerant gas carrying pipe 3 and passes through the heat exchangers of the fan coil units 2 and, on the occasion, the refrigerant liquefied by heat exchange is returned to the heat exchanger 1 via a refrigerant liquid carrying pipe 4. The motor operated valves 21 are controlled to open when an inlet temperature to the units 2 of the refrigerant gas detected by a temperature detector 7 becomes the temperature of liquefaction of the refrigerant or below.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify system structure by using a heat exchanger as a heat exchanger common for cooling and heating, and commonly using a conveying tube for supplying refrigerant liquid with a conveying tube for returning the liquid. CONSTITUTION:In the case of cooling, when a valve 6 is opened, a valve 7 is closed and a fan coil unit 2 is operated, refrigerant liquid cooled and liquefied by a heat exchanger 1 is passed through a conveying tube 3 and a heat exchanger of the unit 2. In this case, refrigerant gas vaporized by heat exchanging is returned to the exchanger 1 through a conveying tube 4, and again liquefied to be supplied to the unit 2 through the tube 3 to form a natural circulating cycle. In the case of heating, when the valve 6 is closed, the valve 7 is opened and a pump 5 is driven to operate the unit 2, refrigerant gas vaporized by the exchanger 1 is passed through the tube 4 and the unit 2. In this case, refrigerant liquid liquefied by heat exchanging is returned to the exchanger 1 through the tube 3 by the pump 5, and vaporized.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a system by providing a heat exchanger to be cooled with refrigerant from a cold source, and selectively supplying refrigerants as refrigerant for passing the exchanger and refrigerant for passing an outdoor unit as refrigerant for phase-changing from liquid phase of the same to vapor phase to a heat exchanging coil of the same as indoor air conditioned air. CONSTITUTION:When, in the case of forcibly cooling, a valve 9 is opened, valves 7, 8 are closed, a cold source 1 is driven and chilled water is supplied to a heat exchanger 2, refrigerant liquid is passed through a conveying tube 5 and a heat exchanging coil 41 of an indoor air conditioner 4, refrigerant gas is returned to the exchanger 2 through a conveying tube C, again liquefied, supplied to the conditioner 4 through the tube 5 to cool a room to be air conditioned. When, in the case of atmospheric cooling, the valve 9 is closed, the valves 7, 8 are opened and an outdoor unit 3 is driven, the refrigerant liquid is passed through the coil of the exchanger 2, the tube 5 and the coil 41 of the conditioner 4, and the refrigerant gas is returned to the unit 3 through the tube 6 to cool the room to be air conditioned.

CONSTITUTION:When a middle performance filter 5 is attached detachably to the vicinity of an air-conditioning air outlet port 42 and hot-water or cold water is passed through the coil of a heat exchanger 3, then, a fan 2 is driven and air-conditioning operation is started, air-conditioning air, cooled or humidified by passing through the heat exchanger 3, flows from the discharging port 11 of a main body casing 1 toward the conditioning air outlet port 42 of an outlet port main body 4. The conditioning air passes through the filter 5 before being sent out from the outlet port 42 into a room whereby dust, bacteria and the like, which are contained in the conditioning air, are removed by the filter 5.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the facility cost by reducing the system capacity of a cold/ hot water circuit by handling the peak load by two heat source circuits of refrigerant circuit and cold/hot water circuit and directly introducing the refrigerant in a condensing unit into a heat storing tank. CONSTITUTION:When operating in air conditioning mode in the daytime, a refrigerant circuit is formed between a condensing unit 2 and a first heat exchanger 5 by switching a 3-way valve 9. Under low load conditions, the operation is conducted only with heat supplied from a heat storing tank 3 to a second heat exchanger 6, and the water flow is controlled in proportion to the load by means of the valve control or inverter control of a pump 11. When the load increases and the heat supply from the storing tank 3 cannot meet the demand, or the remaining quantity of heat in the storing tank 3 becomes insufficient, the unit 2 is operated at its full capacity, and the operation is conducted with the heat exchanger 5 or heat exchangers 5, 6. As the refrigerant in the unit 2 is directly introduced into the heat storing tank 3, there is no need for a brine pump etc., the facility cost and operating cost are reduced, and the servicing becomes unnecessary.
