    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the wasteful operation and to obtain the energy conservation by controlling in a dehumidifying mode when the dew point of the atmosphere is a predetermined value or more at the time of cooling, controlling in a heat exchange mode when the draw point is the predetermined value or less and the temperature is a predetermined value or higher, and controlling in a ventilation mode when the dew point and the temperature are predetermined values or less. SOLUTION: When the dew point of the atmosphere is a predetermined value or more at the time of cooling, it is controlled in a dehumidifying mode for operating a moisture absorbing and discharging rotor 4, a heat exchanger rotor 5, a heater 6 for drying and a humidifier 7 to approach the dew point to a target value. When the dew point is a predetermined value or less and the temperature is a predetermined value or higher, it is controlled in a heat exchange mode for stopping the heater 6 and the rotor 4 to approach the temperature to a target value. When the temperature and the dew point are predetermined value or less, it is controlled in a ventilation mode for operating only fans 1 and 2. Thus, when the humidity of the atmosphere is low, the heater 6 is stopped, only the heat exchange is executed to prevent the wasteful use of energy.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a system structure by gathering heat exchangers to one unit, commonly using a conveying tube for supplying refrigerant liquid as for returning the liquid, and commonly using a pump for returning the liquid at the time of heating as for forcibly circulating refrigerant at the time of heating. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 1 is commonly used for both cooling and heating. A conveying tube 3 for supplying refrigerant liquid is commonly used for a conveying tube 4 for returning the liquid. At the time of cooling, a pump 5 is commonly used for the pump 5 for forcibly supplying liquefied refrigerant liquid to a fan coil unit 2. At the time of cooling, the liquid in the exchanger 1 is naturally circulated to the unit 2 by an operation of gravity and a pressure of vaporized refrigerant gas or forcibly circulated by the pump 5 to be used for returning liquefied refrigerant liquid to the exchanger 1 at the time of heating. Thus, rooms are cooled. At the time of heating, the liquefied liquid is returned to the exchanger 1 by utilizing the tube 3 for supplying the refrigerant at the time of cooling. In this manner, a system structure can be simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To set all the appliances which require a maintenance excepting an air- conditioning unit of an air-conditioning system for a building, which naturally circulates a refrigerant by utilizing an absorption-refrigerator as a cold heat source and hot heat source, at one high place of a building such as a roof, etc., by gathering the appliances in the place. CONSTITUTION:On a roof-top of a building, an absorption-refrigerator 1 as a cold heat source for a cooling circuit and a hot heat source for a heating circuit is set, and an air conditioning unit 2 is set at a place which is lower than the roof-top. The cooling circuit is formed by connecting an evaporator 3 of the absorption- refrigerator and a first heat-exchanger 9 in the air conditioning unit by a-refrigerant liquid pipe 11 and refrigerant gas pipe 12. The heating circuit is constituted by connecting a heat-exchanger 14 for heating to which steam generated from a regenerator 5 of the absorption-refrigerator is introduced, and a second heat-exchanger 10 of the air conditioning unit by a hot water outgoing pipe 15 and hot water returning pipe 16. Then, a refrigerant in the cooling circuit naturally circulates, and hot water in the heating circuit is forcibly circulated by a pump which is set at a high place such as the roof-top of the building, etc. By this method, the maintainability of the system is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a building air-conditioning system not to interrupt flow of refrigerant liquid which drops down by its own weight from a condenser in an air conditioning unit and smooth flow of refrigerant gas by providing a pressure uniforming pipe for communication between a liquid reservoir and a refrigerant gas pipe of a unit installed at the lowest place of all the air conditioning units. CONSTITUTION:To a refrigerant gas pipe 6 connected to a unit installed at the lowest place of all air conditioning units 2, a pressure uniforming pipe 10 from a first liquid reservoir 3 is connected. That is, refrigerant liquified in refrigrant gas pipes at higher places than this connecting position, not flowing into a condenser in the air conditioning units 2, passes through the pressure uniforming pipe 10 and enters directly the first liquid reservoir 3. Further, gas contained in refrigerant liquid in the first liquid reservoir 3 can be made to escape through the pressure uniforming pipe 10 into the refrigerant gas pipe 6. Thus, refrigerant gas is prevented from flowing backward into the refrigerant liquid pipe 7 between each of the air conditioning units 2 and the first liquid reservoir 3. Thus, the refrigerant liquid in the refrigerant liquid pipe and the refrigerant gas in the refrigerant gas pipe can flow smoothly.
