A pressurizing jet pump 8a and a depressurizing jet pump 8b are connected with the front stage gas piston 2a, and a pressurizing jet pump 8c is connected with the rear stage gas piston 2b.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain pumping discharge constant by adjusting a forced displacement of a gas piston according to a pump head change due to the liquid level change in a supplying tank, in a fluid pumping device constituted of fluid diodes. CONSTITUTION:In a fluid pumping device constituted of vertical flow type fluid diodes 15a, 15b, the command of a controller 11c closes an electromagnetic valve 11a and opens a valve 11b to introduce compressed air to a jet pump 8b for pressure reduction, thereby, solution in a liquid supplying tank 1 is drawn into a gas piston 2, and next, the electromagnetic valve 11a is opened and the valve 11b is closed to introduce compressed air to a jet pump 8a for pressurization to discharge the solution in the gas piston 2 in an ejection pipe 3. Hereupon, the controller 11c maintains pumping discharge constant by adjusting a forced displacement of the gas piston 2 according to a change in pump head due to a liquid level change in a supply tank 1. Accordingly, a plant process flow on the ejection side can be leveled, and structural elements such as a temporary storage tank, etc. for flow stability become unnecessary.

    • PURPOSE:To secure such a black matrix phosphor screen that is excellent in both brightness and picture quality, by treating the black matrix phosphor screen, made up of using a light cohesive substance, with an aqueous solution containing a polymeric coagulating agent and a surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:Applying and drying a light cohesive substance a panel, a film is formed up, then three-colored phosphor stripes are made up inside the panel in regular sequence. Next, with an aqueous solution of, for example, 0.05wt% polyacrylic amide as a polymeric coagulating agent and 0.5wt% polyoxyethylenealkylphonolether as a surface active agent by way of example, the formed phosphor film and the panel stuck with a black matrix film are treated, by means of washing. With this, not only superflour light cohesive and light absorbent substances are dissolved and removed but also a black matrix phosphor film can be well fixed, so that such a phosphor screen as being excellent in both brightness and picture quality can be thus secured.
