摘要： A light exposing prism system for use in light exposure process for forming a phosphor plane of a color picture tube is disclosed. 摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain the occurrence of nonuniformity of cleaning of a color cathode-ray tube panel by performing acid or alkali cleaning after a black matrix fluorescent screen is first removed by a high pressure water spray or water flow. CONSTITUTION:A defective bulb of a black matrix-shaped color cathode-ray tube is inputted to a frit reprocess, and frit glass is treated by nitric acid, and a glass panel 1 is separated from a funnel. The panel 1 is downward fixed to a panel holder for a washer. Water is injected for 20 seconds under pressure of 10kg/cm from plural high pressure spray nozzles 23 arranged on the panel under side, and a fluorescent screen is completely removed from a panel inside surface. Next, similarly as usual, water cleaning is performed by an acid or alkali cleaning liquid and a bar nozzle. Therefore, nonuniformity of cleaning is hardly caused, and the concentration of acid or alkali to be used is diluted, and safety is improved, and the occurrence of a defective at panel reproducing time can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide excellent black matrix hole and stripe forms, eliminate roughness, and improve quality by rinsing the effective surface of a panel inner surface with an alkali aqueous solution in the course of or after spray processing with hot pure water. CONSTITUTION:A highly sensitive photoresist solution using a water-soluble azidized polymer as a sensitizing agent is applied to a color picture panel followed by drying to form a photoresist film. A shadow mask is installed to the panel, the position to adhere each color phosphor is exposed by use of a super-high voltage mercury lamp as a light source, and the mask is removed from the panel and subjected to spray processing with hot pure water. During this, the effective surface of the panel inner surface is rinsed with 0.01% aqueous ammonia. After a graphite slurry is applied thereto followed by drying, the panel is treated with a releasing agent and subjected to the spray processing with hot pure water to from a black matrix film 227. The boundary part of holes 226 of the film is less irregular and has no roughness, and a high quality can be provided.
