      SOLUTION: A vacuum envelope of the image display device has a rear plate 1 to which, a plurality of cold cathodes 8 are mounted, and a front plate 2 arranged so as to face the rear plate, to which a positive electrode 7 and a fluorescent surface 6 are mounted. Deflection electrodes 20, 22, deflecting the electron beam emitted from the cold cathode by the electric field having a directional component other than the direction vertical to the rear plate, is arranged in the vicinity of respective cold cathodes.

The estimation section 143 obtains blood flow information corrected by using the output data and the correction value. The image generating section 15 generates ultrasonic image data on the basis of the blood flow information. The control section 18 causes a display part to display the ultrasonic image data.
