    • PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for improving audio channel cross talk between audio channels are provided to improve sound quality by directly grounding the terminal of an eye phone through switching. CONSTITUTION: In a method and apparatus for improving audio channel cross talk between audio channels, an ear-jack(301) comprises a common terminal for the reference potential of the earphone and a radio signal. The radio signal tuner process the radio signal which is inputted through the common terminal. A baseband(333) outputs a control signal by inspecting the on/off state of a radio receiving function. A switching unit(321) connects the common terminal of the eye phone jack to the ground and the radio signal tuner.

    • PURPOSE: A magnetoresistance device is provided to impellent stable exchange coupling by forming a Cr layer on the top and bottom of an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION: In a magnetoresistance device, a pinned layer is installed on an anti-ferromagnetic layer(21) and includes a first pinned layer(22), an intermediate layer(23), and a second pinned layer(26). A Cr layer(25) is formed between the first pinned layers and the intermediate layer. The Cr layer is formed between the intermediate layer and the second pinned layers. The first pinned layer and the second pinned layer are made of CoFe, and CoFeB or NiFe. The second pinned layer is made of CoFe and CoFeB or NiFe. A free layer(28) is formed on the tunnel barrier layer.
