摘要： The present invention aims to provide: a DNA probe which directly and precisely measures interaction between a DNA and a protein; a method for measuring binding force of a target protein; and a method for detecting a target protein. The method for measuring interaction between a DNA and a protein includes the steps of: preparing a nucleic acid probe wherein nucleic acid is attached on a probe located on an end portion of a cantilever of an atomic force microscopy (AFM); measuring force generate while the nucleic acid probe approaches the target protein and then gets away from the target protein; and analyzing interaction between the nucleic acid and the target protein from a measured value of displacement of the cantilever.

摘要： An automatic setup system for a ubicell BS and a method therefor are provided to notify a ubicell core network element of correct location information through a GPS module included into a ubicell BS when the ubicell BS is installed, thereby enabling the ubicell core network element to detect a neighbor BS, generate environment setup information in real-time, notify the ubicell BS of the generated environment setup information, and register the ubicell BS automatically. An automatic setup system for a ubicell BS comprises the ubicell BS(Base Station)(100), at least one ubicell core network element(200), and an integrated management server(300). The ubicell BS checks own location information through a GPS(Global Positioning System) module, and provides environment setup information including the location information in the setup. The at least one ubicell core network element generates the environment configuration information file of a corresponding ubicell BS and registers the ubicell BS if the environment setup information of an arbitrary ubicell BS is received, and provides the environment configuration information file of the ubicell BS to the ubicell BS. The integrated management server checks ubicell core network element at a corresponding location through the environment setup information provided from the ubicell BS, and provides the environment setup information of the ubicell BS to the ubicell core network element.
