摘要： A device, system and method for evaluating reliability of a semiconductor chip are disclosed. Strain is determined at a location of interest in a structure. Failures are evaluated in a plurality of the structures after stress cycling to determine a strain threshold with respect to a feature characteristic. Structures on a chip or chips are evaluated based on the feature characteristic to predict reliability based on the strain threshold and the feature characteristic. Predictions and design changes may be made based on the results.

摘要： A method for forming high capacitance crystalline dielectric layers with (111) texture is disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, deposition of a plurality of nuclei is performed at a temperature in the range of about 430 to 460 degrees Celsius, followed by growth of a continuous BSTO dielectric layer at a temperature greater than 600 degrees Celsius. In an exemplary embodiment, a process is disclosed for growing a barium strontium titanium oxide film with high capacitance and thickness of about 30 nm or less.

Nuclei of the first dielectric material are formed on the surface. A layer of a second dielectric material is deposited on the surface by employing the nuclei as seeds for layer growth wherein the depositing is performed at a second temperature which is greater than the first temperature.

摘要： The present invention relates to a peptide derivative represented by the general formula (I) or a salt thereof: Z-(CH2)n—CO—NH-Leu-Ile-Gly-AA1-AA2-CO—R (I) wherein Z represents an aryl group which may or may not have a substituent or a heteroaryl group which may or may not have a substituent; n represents 0, 1 or 2: AA1-AA2 represents Lys-Val or Arg-Leu; and R represents —OH or —NH2, and relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide derivative represented by the general formula (I) or a salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier thereof. 摘要： There are provided fiber optic local convergence points (“LCPs”) adapted for use with multiple dwelling units (“MDUs”) that facilitate relatively easy installation and/or optical connectivity to a relatively large number of subscribers. The LCP includes a housing mounted to a surface, such as a wall, and a cable assembly with a connector end to be optically connected to a distribution cable and a splitter end to be located within the housing. The splitter end includes at least one splitter and a plurality of subscriber receptacles to which subscriber cables may be optically connected. The splitter end of the cable assembly of the LCP may also include a splice tray assembly and/or a fiber optic routing guide. Furthermore, a fiber distribution terminal (“FDT”) may be provided along the subscriber cable to facilitate installation of the fiber optic network within the MDU.
