    • A sheet forming tool (1) for the manufacture of a corrugated sheet has a lower tool element (40) and an upper tool element (50), each of the upper tool element and the lower tool element having a front side (23, 33, 41) and a rear side (25, 35, 42). The lower tool element (40) comprises a first base element (2, 4, 6, 8) and a first finger element (3, 5, 7, 9) projecting from said first base element (2, 4, 6, 8). The first finger element (3, 5, 7, 9) forms a first ridge (22, 24, 26, 28) for forming a corrugation peak in the sheet. The upper tool element (50) comprises a second base element (12, 14) and a second finger element (13, 15) projecting from said second base element (12, 14), the second finger element (13, 15) forming a second ridge (32, 34) for forming a corrugation trough in said sheet. The first ridge (22, 24, 26, 28) is arranged opposite to the second ridge (32, 34) and the first ridge (22, 24, 26, 28) is offset from the second ridge (32, 34) so as to allow for an engagement of the first finger element (3, 5, 7, 9) and the second finger element (13, 15) in an engaged position. Each of the first ridge (22, 24, 26, 28) and second ridge (32, 34) comprises a main portion (20) and an end portion (11, 21) and the angle ? (36) between each of the first ridge (22, 24, 26, 28) and second ridge (32, 34) in the main portion (20) and the corresponding front side (23, 33, 41) is at least partly different from the angle between each of the first ridge (22, 24, 26, 28) and second ridge (32, 34) in the end portion (11, 21) and the corresponding front side and a space is provided between the first finger element (3, 5, 7, 9) and the neighboring second finger element (13, 15) in the engaged position.

    • A novel chewing gum box, comprising a chewing gum storage chamber (1), a storage chamber cover (2), a funnel apparatus (3), a chewing gum introducing plate (4), a chewing gum carrying groove (5), a carrying groove baffle (6), a push handle (7), a spring baffle (8), guide rails (9), guide rail grooves (10), a spring groove (11) and a spring (12). The chewing gum storage chamber (1) is communicated with the chewing gum carrying groove (5) through the funnel apparatus (3). The chewing gum carrying groove (5) is connected to the push handle (7) capable of performing reciprocating motion along the guide rails (9) and the guide rail groove (10). When retrieving a chewing gum, the box body is tilted and shaken first to allow chewing gums in the chewing gum storage chamber (1) to slide along the chewing gum introducing plate (4) into the chewing gum carrying groove (5) via the funnel apparatus (3), then push the push handle (7) to have the chewing gum pushed out along the guide rail (8) and the guide rail groove (9), and the chewing gums are made available for retrieval. This is a rationally designed, structurally simple, and convenient to use.

    • The present invention provides compositions and methods relating to or derived from antigen binding proteins activate FGF21-mediated signaling. In embodiments, the antigen binding proteins specifically bind to (i) β-Klotho; (ii) FGFR1c, FGFR2c, FGFR3c or FGFR4; or (iii) a complex comprising β-Klotho and one of FGFR1c, FGFR2c, FGFR3c, and FGFR4. In some embodiments the antigen binding proteins induce FGF21-like signaling. In some embodiments, an antigen binding protein is a fully human, humanized, or chimeric antibodies, binding fragments and derivatives of such antibodies, and polypeptides that specifically bind to (i) β-Klotho; (ii) FGFR1c, FGFR2c, FGFR3c or FGFR4; or (iii) a complex comprising β-Klotho and one of FGFR1c, FGFR2c, FGFR3c, and FGFR4. Other embodiments provide nucleic acids encoding such antigen binding proteins, and fragments and derivatives thereof, and polypeptides, cells comprising such polynucleotides, methods of making such antigen binding proteins, and fragments and derivatives thereof, and polypeptides, and methods of using such antigen binding proteins, fragments and derivatives thereof, and polypeptides, including methods of treating or diagnosing subjects suffering from type 2 diabetes, obesity, NASH, metabolic syndrome and related disorders or conditions.

    • A methods for imaging tissue using diffuse optical tomography with digital detection includes directing at the tissue a plurality of amplitude modulated optical signals from a plurality of optical signal sources illuminating the tissue at a plurality of locations; detecting a resulting plurality of attenuated optical signals exiting the tissue to obtain a plurality of analog signals containing diffuse optical tomographic information; converting the analog signals into digital signals; recovering the tomographic information from the digital signals using a digital signal processor-based detection module that performs digital detection, wherein the detection module includes a master digital signal processing subsystem and at least one slave digital signal processing subsystem that processes at least a portion of the digital signals and the master digital signal processing subsystem controls the at least one slave digital signal processing subsystem; and transmitting the recovered tomographic information in digital form to a host computer.
