    • PURPOSE: An electromotive water pump is provided to smoothly discharge leachate leaked from a pump chamber to a motor chamber because a leachate discharge passage is connected to a reactant gas discharging unit of a fuel cell stack through a connection pipe. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive water pump comprises a pump body(110), a shaft(140), and an impeller(150). The pump body is divided into a motor room(110) and pump room(120). The shaft is connected to the motor room and pump room with a sealing unit placed in the shaft. The impeller is inserted into the shaft in the pump room. A leachate discharge passage is formed in a pump body and discharges leachate leaking to the motor room through the sealing unit. The leachate exhaust path is connected to a reactant gas discharging unit(11) of a fuel cell stack(10).

    • PURPOSE: An engine and a bush are provided to enable vibration between inner and outer pipes to be easily absorbed and to firmly fix a water pump to an engine by sandwiching an elastic member between the inner and outer pipes. CONSTITUTION: A bush comprises an inner pipe(200), an outer pipe(210) and an elastic member(220). The inner pipe comprises a bolt hole(205). The outer pipe holds the inner pipe. The inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe is separated from the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe. Bent part(230) is formed along the perimeter of one end of the outer pipe. The elastic member is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The elastic member is formed on the outer surface of the bent part. The elastic member comprises protrusions, which are protruded in the length direction of the inner pipe. The protrusions are formed along the bent part of the outer pipe at intervals.

    • 본 발명은 가솔린 엔진용 2-링 피스톤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 피스톤 상부에 복합재료를 일체로 고압주조한 다음 경질피막산화처리 (Hard Anodizing)를 함으로써, 복합재료로 이루어진 피스톤의 상단부가 폭발행정시 변형을 일어나게 되어 기밀효과를 높일 수 있게 되어 2개의 링만으로도 충분히 기밀유지 뿐만 아니라 엔진성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 가솔린 엔진용 2-링 피스톤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
      이를 실현하기 위해 본 발명은, 피스톤의 헤드부를 성형하기 위한 복합재료와 피스톤의 몸체부를 형성하기 위한 알루미늄 합금을 금형에 주입하여 피스톤 본체를 고압주조하는 과정과; 상기 피스톤 본체의 탑부를 경질피막산화처리(Hard Anodizing)하는 과정과; 그리고, 이 피스톤 본체의 외주에 통상의 탑 랜드 높이보다 작은 위치에 첫번째 링 블럭이 오도록 2개의 링 블럭을 형성하는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 엔진용 2-링 피스톤 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는데 있는 것이다.
