    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waterproof sheet from being contaminated, hardened, physically lowered due to the movement/evaporation of a plasticizer, increase weather resistance, and increase protection property against external force in a waterproof layer of a vinyl chloride waterproof sheet.
      SOLUTION: This waterproof sheet for forming the waterproof layer by joining it to a substrate surface comprises a body layer and a multi-functional protective layer coated on the surface of the body layer. The body layer is formed of the soft vinyl chloride sheet, and the multi-functional protective layer is formed of the waterproof sheet having a plasticizer evaporation prevention function, an ultraviolet shielding function, and a physical protective function and manufactured by:(1) a step for applying a primer on the substrate surface as necessary, (2) a step for bonding the soft vinyl chloride waterproof sheet on the substrate surface, and(3) a step for coating the multi-functional top coat on the surface of the waterproof sheet.The multi-functional top coat is characterized by comprising the plasticizer evaporation prevention function, the ultraviolet shielding function, and the physical protective function.

For example, a peel layer is peeled and the prefabricated waterproof material is adhered to the rise part of a roof.
