    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint easy to manufacture and having high disengagement preventing and rotation preventing properties. SOLUTION: A raised part 28 increases the diameter of the other end part of a resin pipe 20. A slope part 50 is formed on a transition part form a non- expanded diameter part 46 to an expanded diameter part 48. When a ring 22 having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the expanded diameter part 48 is engaged on the outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe 20 (expanded diameter part 48), the ring 22 can be forced to be inserted toward the expanded diameter part 48 side along the outer surface of the slope part 50. The ring 22 engaged with the resin pipe 20 (expanded diameter part 48) clamps and compresses the expanded diameter part 48 to press-contact an inner peripheral surface of the expanded diameter part 48 against an outer surface of the raised part 28, thereby fixing the resin pipe 20 to the raised part 28 firmly. This provides a high disengagement preventing and rotation preventing properties. This also facilitates the manufacturing, and reduces the cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure sufficient strength and improve workability by providing a flange at the first opening of an upper part, a socket at the second opening of a side part and a seal ring on the inner surface of the socket respectively for inserting a short pipe made of polyethylene, and fitting a sleeve to the inner surface of the short pipe. SOLUTION: Openings 18a, 18b and 18c are respectively formed on the upper part, the left side part and the right side part of an approximately T-shaped metal body 16, and a flange 20 is provided at the opening 18a. On the other hand, sockets 24 are formed on the openings 18b and 18c, and two seal rings 28 are fitted at the prescribed interval to the inner surface of each socket 24. In addition, a polyethylene short pipe 32 is inserted in each of the sockets 24, and a sleeve 34 made of metal such as stainless steel is coupled to the inner surface of the short pipe 32. According to this construction, the body 16 is made of metal and sufficient strength can be properly maintained. Also, the polyethylene short pipe 32 is jointed to the socket 24 as integral part thereof and a polyethylene pipe can be easily jointed to the short pipe 32 via an ordinary joint, when a piping work is executed.

SOLUTION: Plural grooves 27 to pass lubricating water are formed in an almost radial shape on a recessed spherical surface 24, and almost semispherical three projections 28a, 28b and 28c are arranged on the same plane orthogonal to the rotary axis A by mutually dislocating them by 120 degrees with the rotary axis A as the center. When a straight line connecting the center B of the recessed spherical surface 24 and the respective centers of the projections 28a, 28b and 28c is denoted by C, a value of an angle θ1 formed by the rotary axis A and the straight line C is preferable to be set not less than 45 degrees so that a movement in the direction orthogonal to the rotary axis A of a spherical bearing 10 can be sufficiently regulated. Such a spherical bearing 10 is installed in a central part of a rotor, and is place on a shaft 20, and the three projections of the spherical bearing 10 contact with an outside surface of the shaft 20, and the rotor rotates in a well-balanced condition with the rotary axis A as the center.

Inside the circumferential grooves 14A, 14B, C-type rings 15A, 15B are inserted in such a way that the inner peripheral faces thereof are formed into slip preventing faces that can be brought into contact with the outer faces of the pipe spigot A and the pipe socket B and that the outer peripheral faces thereof are formed slide faces that can be brought into contact with the bottom faces 13A, 13B of the circumferential grooves 14A, 14B. This results in making the whole structure compact, facilitating fitting work and preventing slip-off by the C-type rings.

A hard ring body 4 is engaged with the socket opening end side 2A of the rubber ring 2 through locking pieces 4B-4B, and a circumferential groove 5 with its bottom face 5A shallowed in the tapered state toward the socket opening end side is formed on the inner face of the hard ring body 4. Inside the peripheral groove 5, a slip preventing face 6A is provided in such a way that its inner peripheral surface can be brought into contact with the spigot 3, and also a C-type ring 6 is inserted in such a way that its outer peripheral surface formed into a slide face 6B can be brought into contact with the bottom face 5A of the circumferential groove 5. With this constitution, the space saving and the simplification of fitting construction can be accomplished.

A rubber ring 5 for seal is mounted in the rubber ring mounting groove 3, and a C-shaped ring 6 for preventing slip-off is inserted in the taperform annular groove 4 in a manner that size is capable of being reduced within the tapered annular groove 4. After coupling of a pipe, when an insertion port A is about to slip off, the C-shaped ring 6 is moved within the annular groove 5 in the direction of an open end togetherwith the insertion port A and wound around the outer surface of the insertion port A reduced in size by means of a component of force in a radial direction generated owing to contact with a tapered bottom. Simultaneously, an axial friction force with the tapered bottom 5A is increased to generate a slip-out resistance force.
