    • PURPOSE:To enable the continuous takeout of pouches without any need of manpower by adsorbing and lifting the trailing ends of the pouches with the adsorption member of a lifting means and separating the stacked and stored pouches with a separation board inserted from the trailing ends. CONSTITUTION:When the box body 111 of a stacking and storing means 110 is set up at a stacking position with pouches 11 stacked and stored therein, the adsorption members 124A and 124B of a takeout means 120 come down on the elongation of expansion shafts 123A and 123B, and move up after adsorbing the trailing ends 11A of the pouches 11. Then, the active roller 131 of a separation means 130 rotates and separation hoards 136A to 136G move in an 'A' direction. In addition, the aforesaid boards 136A to 136G are inserted in sequence from the trailing ends 11A for the lower side of the lifted pouches 11. Then, pouches 11 are released from the adsorption members 124A and 124B, and placed in sequence on the separation boards 136A to 136G. Thereafter, the pouches 11 are held with a holding means 140 and taken out. According to the aforesaid construction, the pouches 11 can be continuously taken out without any manpower.

    • PURPOSE:To handover each sack to the next stage in the condition it is opened automatically by holding the opening at the tip of a sack, revolving it, dangling, gripping the opening from the two sides by means of attraction, and gripping it while opened. CONSTITUTION:The opening at the tip of each of those sacks 11 which are placed one by one on a handover table 131, is gripped by gripper pawls 133G, 133H of a gripping means 130, which is revolved to let the sack 11 dangle. From both sides, the opening is attracted by sucking members 211A, 212A which are moved in the direction of arrow E1. The gripper pawls 133G, 133H are retracted, and the sucking members 211A, 212A are moved in the counter E1 direction, and thus the opening of the sack 11 is opened. In this condition, other gripper pawls 216A, 217A are sunk to grip the edge in opened condition. Then a revolving arm 231 is revolved, and the sack 11 is handed over to a filling device in the opened condition as it is. This enables accomplishment of fully automated arrangement.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the effectiveness in sack takeout operations by taking out sacks stacked on a stacker one after another by means of attraction with a sucking member, transferring them, grasping by a gripper, and drawing out to the next stage. CONSTITUTION:A stacker 110 on which sacks 11 are stacked, is located in a certain place, and a sucking member 124 is sunk to attract the uppermost one of the stacked sacks 11. The sucking member 124 is lifted, moved sideways, and placed on a handover table 131 of a gripper 130. Gripping pawls 133G, 133H installed at a rotary arm 133 of this gripper 130 are contracted, and upon passing through a notch 131A in the handover table 131, the sack 11 is gripped. In this condition, the rotary arm 133 is turned round a pivoting part 132 in the direction of arrow D1, and the sack 11 is drawn to outside the housing 101 and dangled. Now the sack 11 is handed over to the next process. This eliminates necessity for taking out one after another by hand to lead to enhancement of the working effectiveness.

This rotates arms 52D, 53D, and it turn rotates a hopper 57 in the direction of arrow H. Thereby a scatter preventive member 58 is rotated in the same direction to put a contact member 58B into contact with the open edge of an approaching tray 21, and they separate when it has passed. This prevents the objects from scattering.

    • PURPOSE:To lessen the load of control operation and to enable continuous feeding of bean curd, by cutting a cast bean curd at a stroke along longitudinal direction and then along lateral direction, delivering the cut bean curd crosswise one row at a time and transferring to the subsequent apparatus with a transfer means at proper intervals. CONSTITUTION:A bean curd 17 cast in a mold is transferred with a transfer member 13 arranged in a water tank 11. The bean curd 17 placed on the member 13 is cut along the moving direction of the member 13 with a cutting device 18 and then cut perpendicular to the moving direction of the member 13 with another cutting device 19. The cut bean curd pieces of a row adjacent to the foremost row are pushed against the member 13 with a pushing member 20 and the cut bean curd pieces of the foremost row are pushed out along a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the member 13 with an exclusion member 21. A water-supplying apparatus 16 supplies water stream crossing the member 13 to the lower surface of the cut bean curd pieces of at least the foremost row. The control operation load can be decreased and a bean curd can be continuously produced by this process.
