摘要： PURPOSE:To form the cylindrical body corresponding to the variation in the shape by winding a plate on a mandrel by composing a lower die with a pressing support member and pressing plate and composing an upper die by a pair of the forming rods whose tip opens. CONSTITUTION:The lift table 41 provided at a lower die mechanism C is lifted along a guide rail 50 via a lifting link 42. A pressing support member 51 is independently lifted by the sliding part 48 provided in the lift table 41 to press a plate to the lower face of a mandrel 12a, 12b. The pressing plate 67 provided inside the slider 62 fixed to the lift table 41 is energized by a pressure member 69 to press-weld the plate to the side face of the mandrel 12a, 12b. A pair of forming rods 82 are provided on the moving table of an upper die mechanism part. The forming rod 82 is arranged in a chevron shape so that its tip 82a may be opened, the tip 82a is faced in the direction descending toward the mandrels 12a, 12b and the seam forming of the plate made cylindrical body formed by the mandrels 12a, 12b is executed with the cooperation of a forming roller.
