    • PURPOSE:To feed contents into a container in an orderly manner without turning over the contents by moving back the end part of a conveyor, when it is detected that the contents have reached its end part, in a device adapted to feed the contents such as noodles into a container in an orderly manner. CONSTITUTION:Contents W1 are carried by a belt 55 and, when they are dropped in the original set position from the end part (head roller 53) of the belt 55 into a container L for reception therein, the head roller 53 is moved back a distance predetermined according to the size of the contents. Specifically, by the encircling movement of the belt 55, the succeeding contents W2 are moved to the end part of the belt 55 and, when the contents W2 existing thereon are detected by a detector 61, the end part of the belt is moved back a predetermined distance to the left side, whereby the contents W2 are dropped and received in the container in side-by-side relationship with the contents W1. This action is repeated to arrange the contents W1-W3 successively in one row in the container L.

    • PURPOSE:To synchronize both devices even if in a case of connecting a new device or providing the same device to the device by making it so as to perform control correction of a motor in accordance with discrepancy of delivery position after revolution speed of the motor in the device is adjusted to a motor of a target device. CONSTITUTION:A motor control voltage V1 is given to a motor driver 2 for rotating a motor Mb in the same speed as a motor Ma in a device (a). Next, output numerical value from an absolute position encoder 1a of the target device (a), and output numerical value from an absolute position encoder 1b of a device of (b) side are input to a deviation counter 3. On the counter 3, output values from the absolute position encoder 1a are integrated, at the same time, subtracted by output numerical values from the absolute position encoder 1b, and a numerical value subtracted from the integrated values becomes a motor correcting signal S1. This signal S1 becomes a motor correcting signal V2 by a D/A convertor 7 to add to or subtract from the voltage V1, and the servomotor Mb is driven in a corrected condition of V1 by V2.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize the occupying space of a bottle accumulation device by providing an accumulating conveyor device, a discharging conveyor device and a pallet device against a principal conveyor device as well as disposing a transport means for transporting bottles among the accumulating conveyor device, the discharge conveyor device and the pallet device. CONSTITUTION:An accumulating conveyor device 200 into which bottles 12 are supplied from a principal conveyor device 100 through a bottle discharge means is provided parallel to the principal conveyor. A pallet device 500 for accumulating the bottles 12 to be supplied to the accumulating conveyor device 200 is provided, and the bottles 12 received from either the pallet device 500 or the accumulating conveyor device 20 are supplied to the principal conveyor 100 through a bottle receiving means by means of a discharging conveyor device provided parallel to these conveyor devices 100, 200. In this case, the bottles are transported by a transport means 400 among the accumulating conveyor device, the discharging conveyor device and the pallet device.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the number of forming and capping operations of plastic caps to be reduced, by heating to a softening point a thin plastic plate placed in close contact with the top opening edge of a container and deforming the same into a concave shape making use of the differences in pressure between the interior and exterior of the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 filled with a liquid content is positioned on a receiving stand 18 in a lower part of chamber 13 with an upper part thereof separated therefrom and a thin plastic plate 2a is fed therebetween. After the upper and lower parts 12 and 13 of a chamber are fixedly joined together, the inner pressure of the chamber 11 is decreased and a heater 26 is energized to heat the thin plastic plate 2a. A press plate 24 is thereafter moved downwardly and the thin plastic plate 2a is pressed against the top edge of the container 1 by an elastic portion 25 thereof, thereby forming an sealed space 8. After heating the thin plastic plate 2a to a softening point, the chamber 11 is communicated with the outside air to make the pressure of the space B lower than that of the exterior C, whereby the thin plastic plate 2a is deformed inwardly of the space B and into such concavely curved shape as 50 make close contact with the surface of the liquid content and finally shaped along the liquid surface and the inner peripheral surface of the container 1.

    • PURPOSE: To keep a holding position in a fixed position without respect to an approach/separation between holding members arranged at the tips of holding rod bodies by arranging the holding rod bodies installed to racks, which can be horizontally moved according to the rotation of a rotary shaft, freely movably in the horizontal direction along a guide rod so that they are brought close to each other or separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: When a rotary shaft 12 is turned in the arrow A1 direction, a rotary shaft 14 is rotated in the arrow B1 direction. Because of the rotation of the rotary shaft, 14, a pair of racks 17A, 17B are moved in the arrow C1 direction, and according to this movement, a pair of holding rod bodies 18A, 18B are moved in the arrow D1 direction along a guide rod 19. According to this movement, holding members 21A, 21B arranged in free end parts of the holding rod bodies 18A, 18B are brought close to each other. In this way, the holding rod bodies 18A, 18B are moved horizontally, so that the holding positions can be kept in a fixed position without respect to the approach/ separation between the holding members 21A, 21B.
