    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp socket of which parts such as a lamp lighting circuit and a negative ion generator can be used repeatedly by replacing only the lamp even if lamp lifetime is expired. SOLUTION: This is provided with the socket main body 30 having a lamp connecting part 6a to removably connect lamps 6b, 7 and a circuit housing part 30a, an electrode part 40 connected to the lamp connecting part in order to be connected to a power supply, a plurality of lamp attachment ports installed at the lamp connection part to attach different lamps, the negative ion generator 10 capable of generating negative ions from a ventilation port formed at the socket main body, and a circuit for negative ion generation which is housed in the circuit housing part, which is driven by the power supply connected via the electrode part, and which generates the negative ions from the negative ion generator.     • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a bean curd treatment apparatus and to lessen the load of control operation, by cutting a cast bean curd at a stroke along longitudinal direction and then along lateral direction, delivering the cut bean curd crosswise one row at a time and transferring the cut bean curd of each row to the subsequent apparatus at proper intervals. CONSTITUTION:A transfer belt 14 composed of plural belt members 14a-14e arranged adjacent to each other is transferred as a whole with transfer means 16A, 16B. A bean curd 15 cast in a mold and placed on the belt 14 is cut along the transfer direction with a cutting device 32 and then cut along a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction with another cutting device 26. The cut bean curd pieces placed on each belt member are delivered from the belt 14 with a delivery means 41. The cut bean curd delivered from the above step is transferred to the subsequent apparatus with a transfer means 43. The size of the treatment apparatus can be reduced by this process without necessitating the water tank for the washing of the cast bean curd. The load of the control operation can be lessened because it is not necessary to intermittently drive the transfer belt with high accuracy.
