CONSTITUTION:The end face 2b of a wound core 2 is disposed upwardly, thermosetting resin 8 is coated on the end face 2b, and the resin 8 is filled in a plurality fo clamping holes 9 opened on the end face 2b. Then, a flange 1 is contacted with the end face 2b via the resin 8, clamped with mounting screws 6a, and the resin 8 is cured, thereby fixedly contacting the flange 1 with the core 2.

SOLUTION: The jointing material is unleaded, and contains zinc and tin as principal constituents and at least either bismuth or germanium as an additive. The surface layer has needle crystals containing zinc as the principal constituent and a solid solution phase which contains tin as the principal constituent enclosing the needle crystals and dissolves the additive. 摘要： PURPOSE:To realize highly sensitive microanalysis through surface processing, in which the impurity contamination is limited to the minimum, so as to apply this method to a micro-impurity-analyzing apparatus for the production of a semiconductor by applying a smoothing process to the surface of an object to be processed and specifying both surface-roughness and metal impurity elution. CONSTITUTION:In any semiconductor, the content of a trace element mixed in its material can be a main factor to impair the quality of a product. Therefore, a prescribed analyzing apparatus is used to analyze the material. The analyzing apparatus is, however, contaminated by a metal tool, etc., during machining or contaminated by the elution of metal impurity when the apparatus is in use. In processing the surface of such an analyzing apparatus, the smoothing processing is applied to the surface of an object to be processed. In this case, the surface roughness is set at + or -0.5mumP-V or less, while the elution of the metal impurity is set to 0.5ng or less. By applying the surface processing, in which the impurity-contamination may be limited to the minimum, highly sensitive microanalysis can be realized.

Further, a series of the electrocasting operation stages are in order of producing of the matrix, electrocasting, forming of release layers, building up, finishing, and lining. Both of the building up and finishing are electroplating treatments. A sulfamic acid nickel soln. is used as an Ni electrocasting bath for the electrocasting.

At the same time, the reciprocal 1/f(x) of the proportional function f(x) is also computed by a reciprocal generator 21. The calculated input voltage E is multiplied by an electrical constant (1/R)/(1+L.S/R) in a current calculating circuit 28 to obtain a current I flowing through a coil, then the current I is multiplied by the coefficient value Km at a multiplification point 29 thus obtaining the thrust F of the linear motor 10. Thereafter, acceleration A, speed V and position X are calculated through operating circuits 30, 31, 32 based on the thrust F and employed for control of the linear motor 10.
