    • An NC hole-machining programming device according to this present invention includes: a tool information storing unit for storing tool information including types and sizes of tools used for hole machining; a form recognizing unit for extracting a cylindrical surface and conical surface as a local geometry which constitutes a hole-machining form of target objects based on CAD data; a machining method determining unit which generates a hole-machining-form pattern based on the hole-machining form detected by the form recognizing unit and determine machining methods based on the hole-machining-form patterns; a tool determining unit for selecting a tool in accordance with the machining methods determined by the machining method determining unit with reference to the tool information; a tool path determining unit which determines a tool path for each tool selected by the tool determining unit; and an NC program generating unit which generates a NC programs based on the tool paths determined by the tool path determining unit.

    • The present colliding obstacle detection apparatus comprises a pedestrian bumper, which is supported below a front bumper of the vehicle by a body of the vehicle, at least one collision detector, which is located on the pedestrian bumper, and a control circuit, which determines whether the collision has actually occurred based on a detection signal outputted by the at least one collision detector. The front end of the pedestrian bumper vertically aligns with or extending ahead of that of the front bumper. The at least one collision detector detects one of a collision of the pedestrian bumper with an obstacle, and a presence of the obstacle in a close proximity to the pedestrian bumper. When the control circuit determines that the collision has actually occurred, the circuit activates a colliding obstacle protector for protecting the obstacle, especially a pedestrian.

    • A rotary piston vacuum pump has a rotor eccentrically disposed in a cylinder and mounted therein for revolution in rolling contact with the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the cylinder so that a crescent-shaped space is defined between the rotor and the cylinder and moved around the axis of the cylinder. A vane is radially reciprocally mounted in a vane chamber having an inner end open to the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the cylinder. The vane has an inner end in sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rotor to divide the crescent-shaped space into a suction chamber in communication with a suction port and a discharge port to be communicated with a discharge port having an inner end open in a wall of an outer part of the vane chamber. The rate of communication between the discharge port and the discharge chamber through the outer vane chamber part is varied by the reciprocal movement of the vane so that the communication is interrupted at least when the point of contact between the rotor and the cylinder inner peripheral surface reaches the vane.

    • Wheel cylinders supplied with oil pressure from a master cylinder are respectively provided in brake mechanism provided in wheels of a vehicle. Cut-off valves are provided in passages for supplying the oil pressure from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders, a check valve for allowing only the work oil to flow from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinder in parallel with the cut-off valve to control to expand the piston in the state the oil pressure is generated from the master cylinder and the cut-off valve is closed to control to further strengthen the oil pressure in the first fluid chamber.
