    • A shelving system includes an elongated mounting member operationally securable to an associated shelf. The mounting member includes an approximately vertically oriented wall and an approximately horizontally oriented wall. A track is received on the mounting member in a non-sliding manner. The track extends transversely to a longitudinal axis of the associated shelf. An elongated rail extends longitudinally along the track. A spring urged pusher is slidably mounted in relation to the rail. A slot extends transversely along a bottom face of the track. A first smooth contact surface is located on the mounting member approximately a horizontally oriented wall. A second smooth contact surface is located on the track adjacent the slot. The second contact surface engages the first contact surface to retard a sideward sliding motion of the track in relation to the mounting member.

The nozzle body (18) is threadedly received within the carrier (12) behind the swirl unit (16) to axially press the swirl unit, and in turn press the orifice plate (14) against the adjacent surface of the carrier.

    • A refrigerated receiver in an automatic milking system has a coiled plate type heat exchanger disposed therein for pre-cooling milk before it is pumped into a milk cooling and storage tank. The heat exchanger is adapted for use in a direct expansion refrigeration system which can be operated in a heating mode to heat wash water as it is circulated through the system. The coiled plate type heat exchanger can be cleaned and inspected while in place inside the generally cylindrically shaped receiver unit as it is substantially vertically oriented with a generally annular space between successive turns of the coiled plate.

    • This invention relates to a hot water system which utilizes heat from the refrigerant of a refrigeration system to produce hot water. The utilized heat consists of the superheat of the refrigerant vapor, the latent heat of condensation, and part of the sensible heat of the liquid refrigerant. The water passing through a water-cooled condenser, which is part of the refrigeration system, is heated to a selected temperature by removal of both the superheat of refrigerant vapor, the latent heat of condensation, and part of the sensible heat of the liquid refrigerant as it passes through the condenser. The condenser has a water inlet and an outlet between which is connected a hot water storage tank. As the water in the condenser is heated by absorption of the superheat of the refrigerant vapor, the latent heat of condensation, and part of the sensible heat of the liquid refrigerant passing therethrough, the heated water rises and flows by convection into the storage tank. Eventually the storage tank may fill completely with water of a selected temperature. A temperature responsive flow restriction device, or thermostat, is located between the water outlet of the condenser and the storage tank, which restricts the flow of water below a preselected temperature. The heated water, being lighter than the balance of the water in the tank, will remain stratified at the top of the tank and may be drawn off as needed.
