CONSTITUTION:The display inversion part 101 inverts the display on the display part 1 vertically according to the information of the lid opening/closing detection part 201 and a translucent panel 102 performs switching between light reflection and light transmission according to the information of the lid opening/closing detection part 201. A light transmission type plane panel display is used as the display part 1 and display information from an arithmetic processing part 6 is displayed through the display inversion part 101 which inverts the display contents vertically. Thus, the display part is composed of a light transmission panel and then the display information can be confirmed from both the top and reverse sides, and the display inverting means 101 displays information in the inverted state in response to opening detection information from the lid opening/closing detecting means, so the display information can be confirmed in the normal direction from in front of the information processor regardless of whether the lid is open or closed.

    • PURPOSE:To display a plurality of self-diagnostic results by one alarm means by mounting an abnormality monitor means sending the abnormality data corresponding to the kind of abnormality, a generating means of the corresponding cycle pulse and an alarm means emitting an alarm according to the cycle pulse. CONSTITUTION:The printing mechanism 1 of a printer is collectively controlled by a printing control means 2 while the printing control means 2 is monitored by an abnormality monitor means 3 and, immediately after a power supply is closed, the abnormality monitor apparatus 3 monitors whether there is abnormality at various places of hardware 2. When abnormality is generated, the abnormality monitor apparatus 3 sends abnormality data 6 showing where is an abnormal place in the hardware 2 to a pulse generator 4 which in turn generates the cycle pulse 7 corresponding to the abnormality data 6 to send the same to a lamp 5 and the lamp 5 lights and goes out repeatedly according to the cycle pulse 7. Therefore, by reading the flashing cycle of the lamp 5, it can be easily known where is abnormal in the hardware 2 and the printing mechanism 1 of the printer and, even in an apparatus equipped with only one lamp, two or more kinds of abnormalities can be displayed.

    • PURPOSE:To make a mouse cursor visible even when a display device slow in reaction is used and to improve the method to use by providing means to plural hourly different pieces of coordinate information outputted by the same coordinate input device, and constituting the mouse cursor to be moved at high speed in an arbitrary direction. CONSTITUTION:Means 12 and 13 to store plural hourly different pieces of coordinate information outputted by the same coordinate input device are provided, a cursor font 11 is written to a certain coordinate position of a displaying memory 7, the mouse cursor is actually moved, then, the mouse is not erased until at least LCD (liquid crystal display device) is reacted, and plural cursors on the moving locus are written into a displaying memory 7. Thus, by writing the cursor font 11 to the same position of the displaying memory 7 for a constant time, the displaying signal is given to a display device 8 due to an LCD for several periods of reading, namely, the voltage is continued to be impressed and the cursor is displayed to the LCD. Thus, the displaying can be executed so that the mouse cursor can be watched to the display device with a late reaction like the LCD.
