    • PURPOSE:To load ink sheet rolls rapidly and certainly by providing relative position holding members which hold a relative position of a pair of ink sheet rolls made of a pay-out roll and a take-up roll so that it is substantially coincident with a relative position of roll mounting parts of a recorder. CONSTITUTION:Respective ink sheet rolls are replaced by fitting holes of ink sheet loading parts 1 disposed on the both sides of a pay-out roll 2 and a take-up roll 3 to projected parts of device-side bearing parts 5a, 5b corresponding to the respective rolls. Relative position holding members 6a for securely holding a relative position of the respective rolls are integrally formed on the loading parts 1 of the rolls so as to hold substantially the same position as a relative position between the device-side bearing parts 5a, 5b. The material and cross sectional shape of the connecting parts between the relative position holding member 6a and the loading parts 1 of the roll is determined so as not to break by the load of the ink sheet roll under its own weight but to cut off the member 6a for an easy disposal after the loading. The relative position holding members 6a prevent the pay-out roll 2 and the take-up roll 3 from being disconnected during a loading operation, thus inhibiting an ink sheet 7 from being payed out more than needed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an unsatisfactory printing caused by the wrinkle of an ink film by a method wherein a guide roller and a separator roller are movably mounted on a thermal recording head support fitting so as to come into pressure contact with a platen roller. CONSTITUTION:The clockwise rotation of an action lever 1 brings recording paper 7 disposed on a platen roller 8 into contact with an ink film 6. Moreover, the film 6 and the recording paper 7 come into contact with a guide roller 10 and a separator roller 12, and these rollers bring the film 6 and the recording paper 7 into pressure contact with the roller 8 while being pushed outward by the roller 8. In this state, a printing is performed by the heating of a heating resistor element group 4 and the rotation of the roller 8, but the film 6 is never subjected to the other force than a frictional force with the element group 4 generated with the rotation of the roller 8. Therefore, an unsatisfactory printing caused by the elongation of the film 6 after heating can be prevented. Moreover, an unsatisfactory printing caused by wrinkles can be avoided because the film 6 and the recording paper 7 are guided to the element group 4 by a guide roller 11.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate positioning of a pressure roller to a thermal head and to prevent an unsatisfactory recording caused by the vibration of the thermal head, by pressing a head substrate towards the pressure roller and further pressing the head substrate in the tangential direction of the pressure roller in contact with the thermal head. CONSTITUTION:On a center part between a head substrate 4 and a guide body 2, compression coil springs 7 are provided as pressing means. Between a tangential force pressing spring receiving part 17 provided on an actuating lever 1 and a spring receiving part 18 provided on the head substrate 4, compression coil springs 19 are provided as tangential force pressing means. In the condition that a bearing 13 of a roller shaft 15 of a pressure roller 14 is engaged to a guide groove 12, the gap between the guide groove 12 and the bearing 13 and the gap between the bearing 13 and the roller shaft 15 are held in one direction with a fixed force. As a result, the fusion of a thermal head 9 to a thermal recording paper 16 and a force produced by the peeling in a thermal recording can be inhibited and the thermal head 9 is prevented from rocking; thus, an unsatisfactory printing such as the non-printing in a printed image can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To put curl straightening mechanism for thermosensible recording paper in action and release it by a simple mechanism and improve the filing performance of the thermosensible recording paper by relaxing the thermosensible recording paper by the reverse rotation of a pressure contact roller after the termination of recording. CONSTITUTION:A recording part 1 is provided with thermosensible paper 8 wound in roll shape, a thermal recording head 9, a pressure contact roller 10 for conveying the thermosensible paper 8 in the pressure contact state to the thermal recording head 9, and a recording paper tray 11 for holding the thermosensible paper 8. The recording part 1 is further provided with an inverse warping part 12 for imparting inverse warp in order to straighten the curl of the thermosensible recording paper 8, a guide member 13 for guiding the recording paper 8 to the inverse warping part 12, a recording system gear 15 for rotatory- conveying the pressure contact roller 10, a motor 17, an edge 18a for manually cutting off the thermosensible recording paper 8 after recording, and the like. After the termination of recording, the pressure contact roller 10 is reversely rotated to separate the thermosensible recording paper 8 from the inverse warping part 12, so that the thermosensible recording paper 8 separated from the inverse warping part 12 hangs down loose by its own weight so as to be prevented from getting into a folding habit after receiving the mending of a strong bent part in the inverse warping part 12.
