摘要： An injection molding machine comprises a pre-pressure addition means 2 adding a pre-pressure B acting in the opposite direction of a molding material pressure A received by a screw 1 to a detection means 3 and/or the screw 1, the detection means 3 detecting the axial pressures A and B of the screw, and a screw movement control means 4 controlling the axial pressure based on a different between the pre-pressure B and the molding material pressure A, wherein the pre-pressure addition means 2 is made non-contact with the direction means 3, a forward and backward driving motor 17 is disposed adjacent to a heating cylinder 10, and a screw connector 21 at the rear end of the screw 1 is spline-connected inside a rotating rotor of a screw rotating motor 12. According to the machine, the molding material pressure received by the screw can be accurately detected without being affected by the wear of the machine so as to properly control the axial pressure of the screw and to make the machine compact.

摘要： A drive motor has a shaft supported by a casing to be rotatable and movable in the axial direction over a predetermined stroke. A portion of the shaft is utilized in order to form a rotary motor section for rotating the shaft, and another portion of the shaft is utilized in order to form an electromagnetic plunger section for moving the shaft in the axial direction. The rotary motor section and the electromagnetic plunger section are integrally built in the casing. The drive motor is used in a drive apparatus for a pre-plasticization-type injection molding machine. The front end of the shaft is connected to the rear end of a screw disposed within a barrel of a plasticizing unit of molding machine. Through axial movement of the shaft, a resin passage of the barrel is opened and closed by a valve portion provided at the front end of the screw.

摘要： Linear motor includes a moving member tapered relative to a traveling direction to provide a surface slanted relative to the traveling direction toward one end of the moving member, a stator having a surface that is opposed to the slanted surface of the first member and slanted relative to the traveling direction at an angle corresponding to the slanted angle of the slanted surface of the moving member, a field pole producing section for producing field poles on the slanted surface of the moving member, and an armature section provided on the stator and including armature windings so as to produce electromagnetic poles corresponding to electric currents passed through the armature windings. Thus, the moving member is caused to move relative to the stator, by exciting the armature windings to produce a linearly moving magnetic field. Due to the tapered configuration, magnetic attraction produced between the moving member and the armature core is partly split in the traveling direction, which leads to an increased thrust.
