CONSTITUTION: A three-way valve includes a valve housing(10), an operation plunger(20), and an actuator(30). The valve hosing is formed with first and second inlet ports, and an outlet port(15). The operation plunger is connected to the outlet port, and is rotatably installed inside the housing for selectively opening and closing the inlet ports. The actuator is installed on the upper side of the valve housing for rotating the operation plunger, and includes a driving shaft(40), a driving motor(50), a gear unit, and an elastic member. The driving shaft has one end connected to the operation plunger, and provides rotary force to the driving shaft.

The wind receiving plate is pressed and moved by the wind created by motion. The blocking plate move together with the wind receiving plate and opens and closes the inlet port of the valve housing. The elastic member is installed between the valve housing and the movable valve rod. The elastic member elastically operates the movable valve rod.
