      SOLUTION: The weather seal device includes a plate-like elastic seal member 20 positioned and arranged on the outer surface of a seal guide 11b and having a rectangular shape and a predetermined thickness and a spring plate 40 positioned and arranged on the outer surface of the elastic seal member 20. The spring plate 40 and the elastic seal member 20 are attached to a weather hood 11 with a fixing tool 50. The tip end 20b of the elastic seal member 20 gets in contact with a tank side plate 200 by being urged to the same by the spring plate 40.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device wherein only old grease is drained during grease exchange to allow easy and reliable grease exchanging work.
      SOLUTION: Corresponding to a pair of ball grooves 25, 25 located between an outside joint part 22 and an inside joint part 23, an open hole 27 is formed in the outside joint part 22 for admitting a ball. A plug 41 is screwed and fixed into the open hole 27. In a head portion 41a of the plug 41, a drain hole 41b having a smaller diameter than the ball is formed passing therethrough in the vertical direction. A small screw 42 of a closing member is detachably fitted to the drain hole 41b. When the small diameter 42 is removed and new grease is pressed therein through the plug 30, old grease is smoothly drained from the drain hole and the new grease is filled in the ball groove with no fear that the ball 25 goes out during replacing work. Replacing operation is performed for each ball groove.
