    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply amount management system capable of accurately managing a supply amount of an active ingredient of a C4 mixture supplied in unit time.SOLUTION: A supply amount management system 1 manages a supply amount of an active ingredient of a C4 mixture supplied from a producing apparatus M1 to a processing apparatus M2 in a plant, and comprises: a flow rate measuring part 2 continuously measuring a flow rate of the C4 mixture supplied from the producing apparatus M1 to the processing apparatus M2; a concentration measuring part 3 continuously measuring a concentration of the active ingredient of the C4 mixture supplied from the producing apparatus M1 to the processing apparatus M2; and a calculating part 7 calculating a supply amount of the active ingredient supplied in unit time from the producing apparatus M1 to the processing apparatus M2 by using flow rate data of the C4 mixture measured by the flow rate measuring part 2 and concentration data of the active ingredient of the C4 mixture measured by the concentration measuring part 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict naphtha density at a desired height of tank inside even when receiving naphtha having various kinds of properties different from those of inventory naphtha in the tank. SOLUTION: There is provided a storage naphtha density estimation method comprising a method for estimating the naphtha density ρ H at a height H of the tank inside after receiving the intake naphtha having larger density than that of the inventory naphtha into a tank with inventory naphtha, which method estimates the naphtha density ρ H at a height H of the tank inside based on values of the inventory naphtha density ρ inv , the inventory naphtha volume V inv , the intake naphtha density ρ in , and the intake naphtha volume V in , wherein, the naphtha density ρ H at the height H of the tank inside is estimated by the formula: ρ H =(ρ B +ρ inv )/2+¾ρ B -ρ inv ¾/2 (-tanh(H X )) based on assumption that the naphtha in the tank is separated to be four layers of the lower layer, the transition zone lower layer, the transition zone upper layer and the upper layer from the lower side by turns after receiving the intake naphtha into the tank with the inventory naphtha.
