SOLUTION: An elevating device 12 of a guide tower 10 is fitted, and a jib crane 18 and a telescopic crane 20 are installed on a frame 14c of the uppermost part thereof. The guide tower 10 lifts up a steel structure 10b by the jib crane 18 to be joined to the upper part. A component unit 11a of the lowermost stage of a wind power generator is erected, and then with a component unit 11b of the second stage suspended by the telescopic crane 20, the elevating device 12 is raised to lift the component unit 11a and install the same. Linkage members 60 are horizontally attached to both sides of the vehicle body, and recessed sections 65 formed at front ends are engaged with the supports 23. Two arm members 61 are attached in a pair to a front part of the vehicle body 30 to grip the connection bar 4 by pipe clamps 68 provided at a front end thereof.
