摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the rising or lowering length of the whole climbing mechanism. SOLUTION: The extending or contracting control of a hydraulic jack 16e and upper and lower lock cylinders 16f, 16g of respective climbing mechanisms is exerted by a climbing controller 40. Actuation signals to exert a serial rising or lowering motion of the climbing mechanism, are outputted from a rising and lowering controller 50 built-in within a central control disk 42 to a valve control board 44. A rising and lowering regulator 52 is provided to output a control signal to regulate the actuation of other climbing mechanisms than the slowest climbing mechanism in the rising and lowering speed, when the relative difference of the rised distances of the climbing mechanisms exceeds a preset allowable figure. A regulation-release means 54 is provided and when the difference of rising or lowering length gets to the allowable figure or below, the rising and lowering regulation of the climbing mechanism is removed.
