    • PURPOSE:To cool a metal plate in good efficiency, by a method wherein a nozzle for injecting a cooling medium over the total width of the metal plate is arranged to the under surface side of the high temp. metal plate moved to a horizontal direction and the cooling medium is jetted to the metal plate to control the cooling so as to adjust the cooling final temp. thereof to a specific temp. CONSTITUTION:A strip 2 is moved horizontally through a cooling tank 1 and cooled by the jetted water 3 from nozzles 4 provided to the under surface side thereof. The nozzles 4 are arranged to the central part of the strip at predetermined intervals in a line toward the advance direction of the strip 2 so as to suppress the splashing in the width direction of the jetted water 3 over the total width of the strip 2 or wider and a repulsion buffer body 8 is provided to the wall of the cooling tank in order to prevent the scattering of water. In addition, informations from a speed meter 10, a plate thickness meter 11 and a thermometer 12 of the strip 2 are put in an information inputting device 13 to be subjected to comparision operation with a set reference level value by an operator 15 and the obtained control signal is sent to a pump 9, a main pipe valve 6 and a branch pipe valve 7 through an output controller 16 to control the cooling final temp. of the strip 2 so as to adjust the same to 100 deg.C or more.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the troubles in the handling of solidified pitch, by dividing the thermal polymerization process of pitch in two stages, heat-treating the pitch in the first thermal polymerization step until the pitch is about to form the mesophase, storing the product in liquid state, and supplying the liquid to a spinning apparatus furnished with a vacuum thermal polymerization apparatus.
      CONSTITUTION: Pitch is made to react with a hydrogen-donative solvent, alcohol, phenol, etc., and the solvent is removed from the reaction product. The processed pitch is subjected to the thermal polymerization at 400W500°C to the state immediately before the formation of meso-phase, and is stored in liquid phase. The stored liquid pitch is supplied to a spinning apparatus furnished with a vacuum thermal polymerization apparatus, heated quickly to 400W550°C under reduced pressure to develop the meso-phase, and is spun as it is to obtain the objective pitch fiber.

    • 目的:为了防止处理固化沥青的麻烦,通过将沥青的热聚合过程分为两个阶段,热处理第一热聚合步骤中的沥青直到沥青将形成中间相,将产物储存在 液体状态,并将液体供给具有真空热聚合装置的纺丝装置。 构成:使沥青与供氢溶剂,醇,酚等反应,并从反应产物中除去溶剂。 将加工沥青在400-500℃下进行热中和至形成中间相前的状态,并储存在液相中。 将储存的液体间距供给到配备有真空热聚合装置的纺丝装置中,在减压下快速加热至400-550℃以形成中间相,并旋转以获得目标沥青纤维。
