    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten gas sealing performance and pressure tightness by integrating a disclike flange part and a cylindrical nozzle in a mouthpiece and pressure- welding a ringlike part between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical nozzle part of the mouthpiece and the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical protruding part. SOLUTION: A liner mold 1 is a blow-molded product molded out of thermoplastic resin with a center body part B formed in cylindrical or almost cylindrical shape. Both upper and lower end parts are of dome shape, and a cylindrical protruding part 2 rising outward on a center axis of both ends is formed near the center of both ends. A mouthpiece 4 with an opening hole 3 for communicating the inside and outside parts of the liner mold 1 is inserted inside the protruding 1 part 2. In the mouthpiece 4, a disclike flange part 5 sticking closely to the internal wall surface of a dome A at both upper and lower end parts, and a cylindrical nozzle 6 protruded outward while sticking closely to the internal wall surface of the cylindrical protruding part 2 are integrated, and the mouthpiece 4 is provided with a ringlike part 7 pressfitted between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical nozzle part 6 and the cylindrical protruding part 2 to maintain gas sealing performance.

    • PURPOSE: To produce a triaxial wove fabric suitable as a reinforcing material having a light weight bad a high modulus of elasticity by using the bundle of carbon fibers started from an optically anisotropic pitch and having a specific crimp releasing ratio. CONSTITUTION: This triaxial woven fabric is obtained by weaving a triaxial woven fabric having 45-300g/m weight, a crimp releasing ratio [(L -L)/L] satisfying [(Lo -L)Lo ]×0.7>=[(L -L)/L]>=0 (L is the length of the warp yarn fiber bundle, Lo is the length along the direction of the crimp of the warp yarn fiber bundle having the length L, and L is the drawing out length of a fiber from the fiber bundle having the length L) and also having a basic structure in which both warp and waft yarns cross each other by the angle of ±60 deg. from the weaving width direction, by using the bundle of carbon fibers made form an optically anisotropic pitch as a raw material and having >=300kgf/mm tensile strength, >=0.6% tensile breakage distortion, >=15tf/mm tensile modulus of elasticity and 40-300g/mm thickness as warp yarn and a weft yarn having substantially the same cross section of the bundle of fibers, and then heat-treating the fabric at >=1800 deg.C under an inert gas atmosphere and immersing it into a resin to obtain a triaxial woven fabric resin matrix composite having >=3tf/mm tensile modulus of elasticity.
