    • PURPOSE:To realize automatic efficient caulking even of fragile material by operating a punch and a die so that a caulked protrusion is sheared to have U-shaped profile, while at the same time, bending a caulked protrusion stripe of punched material with a radius larger than the minimum bending radius of the material. CONSTITUTION:At a station for forming a caulked protrusion, a caulked protrusion stripe 16 is intentionally sheared at one end to produce a U-shaped cantilever part. When the caulked protrusion 16 is bent with a radius 17 larger than the minimum bending radius of material, the tip of the caulked protrusion stripe 16 is press inserted into a caulked protrusion hole in a previously punched board at a final punching station. Consequently, the punched boards are automatically caulked successively to produce an integrated core continuously. According to the constitution, the caulked protrusion is not subjected to unnecessary stress other than bending stress resulting in protection of a caulked piece against shear fracture.

    • PURPOSE:To make a movable part compact and light-weight and to facilitate control of motion of the movable part, by using a composite energy converting device which jointly owns one part of the magnetic materials used for a motor as the magnetic core of a transformer. CONSTITUTION:The direction of a lamp 1 can be changed by composite energy converting devices 6, 7 and servomotor 27. The power to this lamp 1 is fed to the stationary side coil 24 of a transformer through a transmission cable 25 by a control unit 30 as power and sent to a primary movable part 32 by a movable side coil 23. The power fed to this primary movable part 32 is passed through a separation/mixing device 17 and cable P and fed to a secondary movable part 33. Moreover the magnetic core of the external side of the composite energy converting device consisting of external side 6 and internal side 7 is used as the magnetic core of the transformer, the power fed to the secondary movable part 33 is fed to the transformer from an input terminal 8, the power subjected to voltage converting is taken out of an output terminal 5 and fed to the lamp 1.

    • PURPOSE: To decrease the number of laser scanners and to improve the efficiency, reliabiity, performance, etc., of a scanning system by subjecting the relation between the rotating angle of a rotary dividing mirror which divides a laser beam with time and the angle of oscillating mirrors for scanning to phase control, etc.
      CONSTITUTION: The laser beam 18 is changed over time-dividedly to transmission and reflection by the rotary dividing mirror 3 of an optical path selecting part 2. The transmitted beam 19a is scanned by the oscillating mirror 7a and is scanned at a microspot 9a to the surface of a steel sheet 10 by a lens 8a. The reflected beam 19b is scanned at a spot 9b by the oscillating mirror 7b and a lens 8b. The rotating speed of the mirror 3 is controlled by a rotation control device 12 on the basis of the moving speed of the sheet 10. The rotating angle of the mirror 3 and the oscillating angle of the morrors 7a, 7b are controlled by phase control parts 13a, 13b so as to have the specific phase relation in accordance with the signal from a rotating angle detector 11. The signals of the parts 13a, 13b are controlled with amplitude by amplitude control parts 14a, 14b and further the amplitudes of the mirrors 7a, 7b are controlled as well.
