摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization device for a laminate which is capable of boosting the temperature of and lagging the entire laminate uniformly to the specified temperature range(vulcanization temperature area) so that no dispersion is generated in the degree of vulcanization progress. SOLUTION: In the vulcanization device which heats and lags a laminate 11 consisting of unvulcanized rubbers 15 and metal plates 12 laminated alternately and a mold 16 for holding the laminate 11, which are heated and lagged by electromagnetic induction, an induction coil 3 which applies a magnetic field to the metal plates 12 and the mold 16, a power supply means 4 which energizes the induction coil 3 with an alternating current and a frequency adjustment means 2 which adjusts the alternating current power supply are provided. The frequency adjusting means 2 is equipped with a low frequency conversion means 5 which converts the alternating current power supply for the power supply means 4 to a low frequency, a high frequency conversion means 6 which converts the alternating current power supply for the power supply means 4 to a high frequency and a waveform adding means 9 which overlaps the high frequency over the low frequency.

The body 1 obtained in the second stage is placed in a high pressure vessel while still hot and isotropically pressed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce time lag and to improve precision in temperature control by irradiating microwave on pressure medium of liquid by the warm hydrostatic pressurization method. CONSTITUTION:A lower cover 4 is opened to arrange a treating body 8 in a treating room 5 and a pressurizing pump 18 is actuated to fill the inside of the treating room 5 with pressure medium. After the inside is filled with pressure medium, the microwave irradiates the medium from a microwave emitter 11 to heat the pressure medium and pressurizing is continued. After the pressurizing by hydrostatic pressure is completed, the pressure medium is exhausted into a pressure medium tank 22, the pressure in the treating room 5 is reduced as pressure reducing speed is adjusted by a throttle 24 and after the exhaust is completed, the treated body 8 is taken out. In this way, since the pressure medium is heated directly by irradiation of microwave, the time lag in temperature control can be reduced and the temperature be controlled in good accuracy.
