    • PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the productivity by inserting as sliding integrately a furnace body having heat insulating exterior and heating device with a body to be treated into a high pressure vessel arranged in a forming station and forming the body to be treated laid on a composite plug closing the lower opening part of high pressure vessel by hot static water pressure. CONSTITUTION:The furnace body 14 in an auxiliary station B is integrately inserted into the high pressure space 1 of high pressure vessel 2 in a forming station A through lower part plugs 4a, 4b. Next, high pressure gas is introduced into the space 1 and a high pressure and high temp. treatment space 9 and heated 8 to pressure, heat and form the body to be treated 6 laid on a table 5 of the inside plug 4a under high pressure, high temp. gas atmosphere. In succession, after the formed body 6 to be treated is taken out from the lower opening of high pressure cylinder 2, it is carried 13 to the auxiliary station B position and only the plug 4a and the body to be treated 6 is carried 13 to a product take-out station E, to take out the preduct body to be treated from the table 5. After that, the new body to be treated 6 is laid on the table 5 and again carried on the station B together with the plug 4a and carried to the station A, to execute next the above forming operation.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the variance in the strength and shape of a CIP-treated article and to improve the quality of the treated article by controlling the pressure medium to a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:The treated articles of the same shape are arranged in a pressure vessel 12, a pressure medium 15 in a water supply tank 27 is introduced into the vessel 12 to subject the treated article to cold isostatic pressing in the vessel 12, then the medium 15 in the vessel 12 is discharged, and the process is repeated. In this case, the temp. of the medium 15 in the tank 27 is measured, and the temp. of the medium 15 is measured when the discharge of the medium is started. The amt. of discharge of the medium 15 is calculated from the difference between the two measured temps., the weight of the medium 15 in the vessel 12 and the temp. of the medium 15 to be kept in the isostatic pressing, the medium 15 is discharged in accordance with the calculated amt. of discharge, the succeeding treated article is arranged in the vessel 12, and the medium 15 of the amt. equivalent to the amt. of discharge is introduced into the vessel 12 from the tank 27.

    • PURPOSE:To process a body to be processed, which produces gas constituent, stably and safely, by a method wherein the lower end opening of a cylindrical bulkhead, forming an air-tight chamber, is connected to the upper end of the opening of a drain reservoir air-tightly while the drain reservoir is arranged detachably in a lower lid so that the upper half of the same is projected upwardly from the lower lid. CONSTITUTION:An opening for inserting and/or extracting a body 12 to be processed is formed on a heating furnace, arranged in a high-pressure cylinder 1, at the lower end of a tubular bulkhead 13 which receives the body 12 to be processed. A drain reservoir vessel 26 is arranged detachably at the upper surface side of the lower inner lid 3B of a lower lid 3 so that the upper half of the vessel is projected while the opening of the tubular bulkhead 13 is attached air-tightly, engageably and detachably to the flange 26A at the upper end of the vessel 26 through a seal member 15 and a connecting ring 30. When the body 12 to be processed is molded through high-temperature high-pressure isotropic press molding, gas constituent, which blockades a pipeline, among discharged gas constituents is collected surely into the drain reservoir vessel 26. The drain reservoir vessel 26 is fitted to the tubular bulkhead 13 air-tightly; therefore, the damage of the lower lid 3 may be prevented in the worst case of the breakdown of the bulkhead and the structure of the lower lid may be simplified. The upper half of the vessel 26 is projected, whereby inside fins 27 and outside fins 28 may be provided to effect heat exchange and collect volatile constituents surely.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration by oxidation of a cylindrical part and to enable the offtake of the body to be worked at high temp. by spouting gas to the lower part along the inner face of the cylinder from the gas passage provided on the ceiling plate which covers air-tightly the upper end of cylindrical pressure container. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 15 is moved to the lower part when a lower cover 8 is removed and the former is supported by the close contact of a packing presser 22 with a packing 24. An inert gas is spouted along the inner face of the cylinder 15 from the nozzle 18 at the upper end of the cylinder 15 when a gas convection hole 23 is closed by the inner face of the receiver 11 at the position of the movement to the lower part of the cylinder 15. The oxidation prevention becomes complete because of the inner face of the cylinder being completely sealed by the inert gas accordingly. The offtake at high temp. of the body t be worked is therefore enabled and not only the work cycle can be shortened but also the use of a graphite furnace and molybdenum furnace is enabled.
