摘要： PURPOSE: To facilitate assembling work and piping work of a refrigerating cycle piping system by molding a strainer, a distributor and a header from two metal plates to be integrated by soldering. CONSTITUTION: A strainer 2A, a strainer 2B, a distributor 3 and a header 4 are formed in flat containers individually to be arranged on a plane. The flat containers have upper half parts and lower half parts thereof formed on two metal plates produced by drawing the two metal plates and then, a connection port of a piping is punched by a press. Moreover, the connection port undergoes a burring to provide a rising part. Thereafter, the two metal plates pressed are put together and joint surfaces thereof are joined together by a phosphor bronze based soldering material to make. At the same time, a piping is arranged properly using a jig to solder. The soldering is performed in a furnace of an inert atmosphere but at this point, an expansion valve 1 is not mounted in view of heat resistance thereof and it is soldered in the subsequent process.

Thus, the simple and stable power-on reset circuit is configured by utilizing the threshold voltage of the MOS TRs.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize energy saving, and to prevent faulty operations caused by noise by complementarily operating switching elements which are connected in series by means of an input signal and an output signal of a flip-flop, so that a current is made to flow for only a microperiod in which the flip-flop is triggered. CONSTITUTION:A state is detected from an output signal from a control circuit 17 by means of state detectors 4 and 10, and a level is then negatively or positively boosted. A positive boosting level shift circuit 1 is made up of a flip-flop means consisting of two inverters 6-1 and 6-2 on an upper arm side, a voltage clamping means consisting of diodes 7-1-7-4, and heavy insulated elements M1-M4. A p-channel MOSFET is used for the elements M1 and M3, and an n-channel MOSFET is used for the elements M2 and M4. The elements M2 and M4 are complementarily turned on and off via an inverting circuit 8 by a signal ST. The elements M1 and M3 are turned on and off by an output of the flip-flop, and a state of these elements is detected. An output element Q1 is turned on and off via MOSFETs 2-1 and 2-2. Similarly, at the time of negative boosting, a lower arm is controlled. Thereby, power consumption is reduced, and faulty operations due to noise are prevented by re-triggering.

摘要： PURPOSE:To implement light weight, high mechanical strength, high weather resistance, high heat radiation and high output, by sealing the entire end part of a solar battery module with a weather resisting synthetic resin, and fixing the solar battery module to a supporting frame at a position where deflection is minimum. CONSTITUTION:A solar battery module 19 is fixed to a supporting frame 8 with supports 17. The solar battery module 19 does not use a metal frame and is sealed with a weather resisting resin, i.e., a sealing material 15 in the entire end part. As the sealing material 15, a mixture of a pigment whose main component is bisphenol A type epoxy resin with an amine resin as a hardening material, carbon powder and short glass fiber is used. The sealing material 15 is applied to the end part of the module. When the supports 17 are provided in a range of 49-66% from the center of the solar battery module in the longitudinal direction, glass 2, synthetic resin 3 and synthetic film 4 are prevented from peeling by the repetition of deflection. Thus the weight can be reduced. Since ventilation becomes better, deterioration of characteristics due to temperature increase is hard to occur.
