摘要： In a method of making a gas burner device, there are steps of symmetrically blanking a first metal plate and deforming it so as to form a first intermediate blank having a bulged portion, bending the first intermediate blank at a symmetrical center thereof to provide a first burner flow path with the bulged portion, and joining end portions of the intermediate blank to form a first burner, blanking a second metal plate and symmetrically deforming it so as to form a second intermediate blank having a bulged portion, bending the second intermediate blank at a symmetrical center thereof to provide a cover plate; and encasing at least an upper end of the first burner with the cover plate to form a slit-like sleeve first hole between the first burner and the cover plate, and forming a second burner flow path communication with a second burner suction hole and the slit-like sleeve fire hole so as to provide a second burner.

摘要： A fuel cell stack is comprised of a plurality of power generating units which are stacked along the horizontal direction. A corrugated passage groove having a shape corresponding to the shape of the underside surface of a corrugated passage groove of a first fuel gas passage is formed in a surface of a first metal separator. A corrugated passage groove having a shape corresponding to the shape of the underside surface of a corrugated passage groove of a second oxidant gas passage is formed in a surface of a third metal separator. The corrugated passage grooves overlap one another to define a refrigerant passage. An oxidant gas inlet port and a fuel gas inlet port are provided in the upper portion of the power generating unit, and an oxidant gas outlet port and a fuel gas outlet port are provided in the lower portion of the power generating unit. A refrigerant inlet port and a refrigerant outlet port are formed in each of the left and right portions of the power generating unit.

摘要： A method and a mechanism for lifting a gas flow-guide cylinder of a crystal pulling apparatus are disclosed. The crystal pulling apparatus includes a crucible for accommodating a crystalline material and for melting the crystalline material through heating, and a gas flow-guide cylinder capable of being moved upward/downward above the crucible. The crystal pulling apparatus is operated to grow a single crystal from the crystalline material by a pulling method. When a solid crystalline material is to be placed in the crucible, the gas flow-guide cylinder is moved upward to thereby separate the bottom end of the gas flow-guide cylinder away from the top portion of the crucible. This prevents the crystalline material from coming into contact with the gas flow-guide cylinder.

摘要： An optical sensor system comprising a measuring head, a light source and a light detector which are connected to each other via flexible optical fiber cables. Since the measuring head may be made lightweight and vibration of the measuring head may be insulated from the light source and the light detector by the optical fiber cables, even when the object to be measured consists of a vibrating object, a high level of accuracy can be attained. In particular, if the measuring head comprises a coaxial light projector and light receiver, it can be designed as a highly compact structure which is highly resistant to vibrations. The measurement by the measuring head may be based on the use of the light receiver for the detection of fluorescent light produced from the object to be measured as a result of light radiation from the light projector.
