摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingrown nail correction implement which dispenses with surgical operation, uses inexpensive materials, has simple structure, is easily manufactured and can be provided for a user inexpensively and which allows a person having an ingrown nail to treat the ingrown nail and to wear by him-/her-self and is easily attached/detached.
SOLUTION: In the correction implement 1, a spring wire is bent and formed into a weak arc shape and its both ends are each bent outward from the arc and formed into hook shapes so that the ends of spring wire function as engagement parts 2 for a nail. The mouth of the arc of the correction implement 1 is drawn to deform and contract it into an Ω shape and both side engagement parts 2 are respectively inserted from the backside of the nail into two small holes bored at both outside liberation edges on the tip end part of the correction implement 1 to engage the correction implement 1 with the nail to widely open the outside edges of the ingrown nail 6 by restoration force of the spring wire to correct deformation of the ingrown nail 6. The person having the ingrown nail can treat the ingrown nail and wear the correction implement 1 by him-/herself and attachment/detachment can be easily done because the correction implement 1 is fixed by a tape etc., to the bottom side of the toe after engaging the correction implement 1 with the ingrown nail without using an adhesive for fixing the correction implement 1.

Afterwards, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer is left on the ground surface by peeling off a separation liner of the tape, and next, heating asphalt is placed, laid and leveled in the partition and on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the tape.

摘要： Providing a noble negative-electrode active material including silicon, and a production process for the same.A negative-electrode active material for non-aqueous-system secondary battery including a silicon phase and a composite oxide phase (a CaSiO3 phase, for instance) is obtained by mixing a silicon oxide (SiO, for instance) with a silicon compound (CaSi2, for instance), which includes silicon and at least one member of elements being selected from the group consisting of Group 2 (or Group 2A) elements in the Periodic Table, to prepare a mixed raw material, and then reacting the mixed raw material. The composite oxide phase demonstrates the advantage of inhibiting electrolytic solutions from decomposing in a smaller amount than does the conventional SiO2 phase.

摘要： In an optosemiconductor device including a superlattice configuration (TBQ) of first and second quantum well layers and a potential barrier therebetween, photo-excited carriers are formed in the first quantum well layer and are tunnelled through the potential barrier toward the second quantum well layer, so that the tunneled carriers are accumulated in the second quantum well layer. An electric field is applied to the superlattice configuration to expel the tunneled carriers from the second quantum well layer.
