    • A marine heat exchanger comprising a housing assembly and a heat exchange core assembly. The housing assembly comprises a process fluid inlet, a process fluid outlet, a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet. The housing assembly defines a process fluid passageway between the process fluid inlet and the process fluid outlet. The heat exchange core assembly comprises a plurality of coolant tubes and a plurality of heat exchange fins. The coolant tubes comprise copper alloy and the heat exchange fins comprise copper. The coolant tubes are joined to the heat exchange fins by cuprobraze joints. The coolant tubes are provides between the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet and define a coolant passageway. At least part of the coolant tubes and at least part of the heat exchange fins extend through the process fluid passageway.

The multi-touch system includes a multi-touch detection area generated by a mobile device and a first communication device, the mobile device and first or second communication device being movable relative to each other.     • A communications system is provided comprising a remote device such as a mobile cellular phone, a communications network and a server. Provided on the remote device is a control module which is arranged to detect the availability of a new communications network when for example a SIM card is inserted into the remote device. If the control module detects that a new communications network is available the control module causes the remote device to connect to a server and transmit to the server data identifying the new communications network. The server then proceeds to select and transmit back to the remote device content data on the basis of the identity of the communications network. The content data is then utilised to configure the remote device so that the remote device is appropriately configured to interact with the newly available communications network.

    • A method of monitoring synthesis of PCMO precursor solutions includes preparing a PCMO precursor solution and withdrawing samples of the precursor solution at intervals during a reaction phase of the PCMO precursor solution synthesis. The samples of the PCMO precursor solution are analyzed by UV spectroscopy to determine UV transmissivity of the samples of the PCMO precursor solution and the samples used to form PCMO thin films. Electrical characteristics of the PCMO thin films formed from the samples are determined to identify PCMO thin films having optimal electrical characteristics. The UV spectral characteristics of the PCMO precursor solutions are correlated with the PCMO thin films having optimal electrical characteristics. The UV spectral characteristics are used to monitor synthesis of future batches of the PCMO precursor solutions, which will result in PCMO thin films having optimal electrical characteristics.

    • In one embodiment, a tester interface module for connecting a plurality of signal paths from at least one electronic assembly to at least one other electronic assembly is provided. The interface module includes a capture board having center conductor vias with center conductor holes extending through the capture board. Axial cables secured to the capture board have center conductors extending at least part way through a corresponding center conductor hole of the center conductor via. An interface component is adjacent to the capture board, the conductor paths being conductively bonded to the conductor vias of the capture board so as to electrically connect center conductors to corresponding conductor paths. The conductor paths of the interface component are arranged to allow connection with an electronic assembly.
