    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting accuracy and tact by preventing vibration to be generated when components are mounted to a substrate. SOLUTION: This working and component mounting apparatus comprises a working tool 5 for processing an working object 12, a moving body 3 mounting working tools, a first drive (15, 16) for shifting the moving body at least in one axis direction on the plane, a second drive (17, 18) for shifting the working tools attached to the moving body at least in one axis direction on the plane independent of the movement of the moving body and a controller 22 for selectively controlling, when the working tools execute the process to the working object, to shift the moving body with the first drive or to shift the working tools with the second drive on the basis of the shifting distance at least in one axis direction in the case where the working tools are assumed to be shifted to the next target position from the present position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a pointer to a target position without instructing the position in details through a pointing device with respect to a data input device. SOLUTION: This device has a current coordinate storage part 5 for storing the coordinate of a current position as the starting point of the pointer, a central coordinate storage part 6 for storing the central coordinate of an object area to which inputting is enabled, a relative coordinate operating part 7 for operating the relative coordinate of the central coordinate in the said object area corresponding to the coordinate of the said current position, a first relative angle operating part 9 for operating the first relative angle of the relative coordinate in the said object area, a second relative angle operating part 10 for operating the second relative angle of the coordinate at an ending point position where the pointer is operated from the coordinate of the said current position and stopped, and a comparator part 11 for selecting the object area at the first relative angle closest to the said second relative angle. Thus, the pointer can be easily moved to the target position only through the fine operation of the pointing device even without inputting the detailed position instruction.
