摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of corrosion of the section of a pipe and pollution of water, in a coupling part containing the cut pipe of a ductile cast iron line. SOLUTION: A central protrusion 21 of an outside diameter D1 larger than an inside diameter d1 and the annular protrusion 22 of an outside diameter D2 smaller than the outside diameter D1 are integrally molded approximately at the central part of a cylindrical body 2 made of plastic having an outside diameter D0 smaller than the inside diameter d1 of the insertion port of a pipe. An elastic deformed ring 3 forming a truncated conical outer shell expanding throughout an axial arbitrary range extending from two ends 23 is fitted in externally to form an annular hollow part E. The central protrusion forms a stopper at the tip of an insertion port and specifies a connection position. Elastic deformation to absorb the inner peripheral tolerance occurs to the truncated conical outer shell of the elastic deformed ring 3, which is adhered, and water flowing through a pipe is reliably prevented from penetrating a corrosion- proofing core.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a corrosion propagates from a cutting part exposing the metal, when a cut pipe made made by cutting a standard cast iron pipe is used in the laying and the repairing of a pipe line for water supply. SOLUTION: A corrosionproof core 2 consisting of a cylindrical body 3 which can be inserted in a cast iron pipe 1A; a central projection line 4 formed at the center of the periphery of the cylindrical body 3; and flexible circular fins 5 whose tips project higher tan the inner diameter d of the cast iron pipe symmetrically at a fixed interval to both sides of the center projection line line 4; is all formed in a unitary structure, by the injection molding of a flexible plastic material. As a result, it has an adequate flexibility and strength, and even though the pipe line has an uneven size of the cast iron pipe or a bending form, the core 2 is bent following the inner circumferential surface of the pipe, and adsorbs the uneven size and the bending. The flexible circular fins are deformed elastically flexibly and closely contacted on the inner circumferential surface of the pipe, so as to maintain the corrosionproof function to the cast iron pipe. They have no joint or no sticking, and exchange the unitary elastic deformation and the supplimentation of the material force each other constantly, so as to solve the problem.

The organo alkoxysilane in the composition penetrates into a substrate to reinforce the substrate and form a water-repelling layer, and the vinylic polymer forms a resin layer for protecting the water-repelling layer. Since the acid groups especially react with the epoxy groups to improve the adhesive strength between both the layers, higher water resistance than those by conventional techniques is formed, and the function is maintained over a long period to solve problems.

CONSTITUTION:Into a round hole engraved to a cast iron pipe 2, a sleeve 1 of an anticorrosive material is inserted. The lower end of the sleeve is squeezed to bend by the corner of the bending part 43, and a lower side flange 14 in which a circular packing 3 is sealed in is formed. Consequently, a bad water including a red rust (a red water) is never fed from the faucets of the houses.

By this operation, the diffused powdery paint is fusion bonded and applied to the inner surface of the pipe 4 and applied over the entire inner surface of the pipe 4 as the truck 1 is run. Because the powdery paint is supplied by centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotary dispersing tool 29, a uniform paint film can be formed.
