摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a pipe or valve lined with urethane wherein the pipe and the valve are highly corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and waterproof and suitable for transporation of earth and sand, ores, etc. CONSTITUTION:As a primary primer, a primer layer 2 containing polyvinyl butyral as a main component is formed in the inner face of a metal pipe 1 or a metal valve and on the layer an isocyanate group-containing polyurethane- based primer layer 3 as a secondary primer is formed and the layer is lined with a two liquid hardening-type polyurethane elastomer 4. As a result, the initial adhesiveness is improved and the manufacturing labor is saved and without damaging the excellent properties of the polyurethane resin, water-proof adhesiveness is improved.

CONSTITUTION:The inner face of a steel pipe is coated at the thickness of 1mm or above with a no-solvent two-liquid type urethane elastomer composition material essentially constituted of urethane prepolymer of NCO end obtained by reacting diisocyanide with polyol mainly made of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) and polyol mainly made of PTMG. The steel pipe coated with the no-solvent two-liquid type urethane elastomer composition material excellent in abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance and corrosion resistance and hard to foam at the time of lining is obtained.
