    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate complications in consideration and reviewing affairs of a power line short circuit protection relay system, including an operation control, that follows the modification of an operation mode of a power distribution grid, and to provide a power line short circuit protection relay system which is optimum for the power distribution grid.
SOLUTION: Overcurrent detecting elements OCR, HOC and OCF output a cut-off signal (FCB trip signal) for isolating the shorted power line based on a power line current from the power line grid to each power line tap breaker CB, when short circuit occurs in the power line grid in which either a tree-like operation that distributes power to customers through a tree-like power distribution line that branches by a plurality of numbers from a power line bus bar, or a loop operation where the tree-like power distribution lines are combined is selected. This short circuit protection relay system comprises an overcurrent-detecting element OCR1 having anti time limit characteristics in the tree-like operation of a power line, an overcurrent-detecting element OCR2 having strong anti time limit characteristics in the loop operation of the power line, and loop operation information capturing means A to D for selectively switching outputs of the overcurrent-detecting elements OCR1 and OCR2 according to the state of the loop operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive power compensation device in which an entire distribution system holds a voltage within a constant proper range.SOLUTION: A reactive power compensation device 31 stabilizes a voltage of a distribution system by controlling a reactive power that is injected into the distribution system, based on a voltage command reference value 14 and measurement information of the distribution system. The reactive power compensation device 31 further includes a voltage command correction circuit 21 which has a power current calculation function that uses a distribution line model of the distribution system. The measurement information of the distribution system at a point different from the installation point of the reactive power compensation device 31 is inputted into the voltage command correction circuit 21. The power current calculation is made based on the measurement information of the distribution system. In order that the voltage of the entire power system comes to be within a constant range, the voltage command reference value 14 is corrected with the output of a voltage command correction amount of the voltage command correction circuit 21.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent single operation by surely stopping a dispersed power source where two or more units are interconnected to a low-voltage system at the accident of a high-voltage distribution system. SOLUTION: At the time of an accident of a high-voltage distribution line 140, this single operation preventing device stops the dispersed power source without fail, by opening a switch 20 by means of a switch controller 32 and closing a switch 51 so that it is not single operation, thereby making the demand and supply imbalanced. For this reason, this is equipped with a voltage computer 31, which calculates the effective values of the zero-phase voltage and the line voltage of a high-voltage system, an accident-detecting arithmetic unit 41 which detects grounding or a short-circuit accident in an accident; a switch controller 32 which controls the switch 20 in a low-voltage distribution line 150 and the switch 51 in a resisting short-circuit 50; and the resisting short-circuit 50, which short-circuits the two phases of the low-voltage distribution line 150. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution line protection system capable of attaining a stable operation of a protective relay in the event that the distribution line has some accident. SOLUTION: This system regulates various types of electric variables of the zero-phase circuit by intensively or dispersively mounting an impedance component adjusting function necessary for directly changing the zero-phase circuit constant in the distribution equipment or the distribution line mounted on the distribution system. To solve the above issue, capacitor capacitance is previously assembled in between the grounds of each of phase in the distribution equipment installed on the distribution line, and ground electrostatic capacity is adjusted. In particular, this system provides ground fault current which the protective relay mounted on a distribution line outlet in the event of an accident such as the distribution line ground fault, becomes a stable operation area, by intensively or dispersively mounting the distribution equipment with the ground electrostatic capacity on the distribution line. • PURPOSE:To substantially reduce the number of elements selectively operated and to reduce the simulation time by automatically setting initial condition only for the element group which relates to the element of which output results are required. CONSTITUTION:A control panel monitoring device 20 is composed of design results a monitoring device 100 and a products monitoring device 200 and also an M/T 300 which connects these two devices. Also a pattern input system 50 of the device 100 consists of a mainframe computer 51, an input device 52, and a graphic display 53. Since it is possible to automatically set the initial condition only for the element group which relates to the element whose output results are required to be monitored, the object of simulation can be limited. Namely, operation at each time is necessary while establishment of initial value is only one time, therefore processing time will be reduced by limiting the object of operation. Thus, the number of elements to be selectively processed will be reduced and simulation time will be substantially shortened.
