After the transfer has been completed, the buffer 30 of the first hierarchy processor 1 is cleared, and new data is inputted to an input buffer 300 of the first hierarchy processor 1.

When deciding that the exposure doze exceeds an allowable value or may exceed the value, an alarm is generated from an alarm device 5 and the door is locked by the device 3.

In such a case, a smaller difference from the angle theta3 set before a certain tine point is selected to select a posture which produces a small change of the angle theta2. In such a way, a due posture of the robot 5 is decided in consideration of the posture continuousness. In this way, the working efficiency of the robot 5 is increased.
